Nice banking place... consumer happiness is mandatory

The banks senior staff have left and many new recruits are unruly people who even shout at old people. Lines are being over saturated with no extra space or guidance for people. Literally no safe space inside, where your money can be stolen and the bank security wont even budge they are not there for us. I will add todays picture for future proof and hope instead of people blaming each other the bank would take notice and fill there counters with more people. Only 2 people are not enough not to mention that the staff is taking an hour long lunch break
