Courteous and extremely helpful when you are in need of police help. Despite tremendous work load the officers and men have a smile on their face. It is also a fact that ever since this police station came under Kolkata police jurisdiction things have improved manyfold.

I dont know why the few officers over there sustain a mentality that they are the dictator of our constitution. If i speak about my experience, it was a nightmare. The way they were behaving and the words they were uttering out of their mouth was damn filthy. I could have raised it to the higher authority but due to my family i had to keep silence.There are very few who are helpful and polite.They need to understand that nobody likes to step in a police station without a cause or helplessly. Be professional and maintain some decorum. Person standing at the counter to file an FIR and seeking help is not a criminal.Thanking you.

Good and prompt help provided on certain cases...officers are very helpful in their approach towards victims..while some corrupt and worst ones are even there..overall very good station with sincere courteous and helpful officers..❤❤

Donot Expect Justice or Proper Investigation from them.It was my mistake i expected justice n support from them.But dey get highly influenced by ppl known to dem for other reason.Thus dat effects on investigation.The best thing dey can do is to suggest u for mutual settlement & demotivate u to fight for ur justice,respect & rights.I approached Court for Justice & court is not partial.I got justice.

Reception behaviour is moderate. People here needs to more enthusiastic and bold.
