Stock is good but people are slow and not so interested to show products. The young man in cash counter (I have visited 19/9/2021 at around 6.40pm) was reluctant to do his duty. At first he told me to wait for some time and when called ageain, after making bill hr left the counter for no cause. Another man came reluctantly and asked for my card for payment. Then it was a irritating mess for some minutes. At last the first man came and we could check out. All in all, very bad experience and not expected from the employees of such a reputed organisation.

I visited this store around mid-April to buy a pair of walking shoes. The sales person was extremely cordial and suggested the Power shoes. I tried a pair and was immediately sold as it was super comfy. The sales person suggested buying cotton socks and told it would wick the sweat away and lengthen the shoes life. I brought it and am enjoying walking in my new pair. So, thank you Bata Garia.

The quality of Bata shoes attracts me every time. This store is very old & located right opposite to the Garia bus stand. Not all models are available but most common & mid range models can be found. If there is any special model required, they can get it after taking bit of advance but for that one has to give the details of shoe like model, color & size.

Place is good but collection are not updated. None of the new collections were available in the store. Its just usual bata not the all new bata !

Oldest shoe store in Garia. This shop has many collection of shoes. Quality of shoes are too good. This shop is well maintained but need improvement in space utilisation. The staffs are good and well behaved. The connectivity of this area is too good. There is an auto stand beside this shop, from where Garia to Patuli and Garia to Golpark autoes go. People can also get bus from here. Bus stand is exactly opposite to the auto stand. Nearest metro station is Kabi Nazrul.
