Well maintained and clean place. Helpdesk available 24*7.wonderful view available to been seen from top of the DLF tower. Well maintained wide road is just adjacent to the place. Parking for around 500 cars in the basement and parking passage available.

It is one of the large IT park in Kolkata. Both exteriors and interiors are decorated beautifully. Few fortune 500 companies have offices here. It has 3 towers. One tower is completely occupied by IBM. IBM also has more floors in other two towers. Head office of Vodafone in Kolkata is operated from here. Even restaurants like Oval (Bar), KFC & Dominos have outlet here. Also cafe corner (CCD), medicine store (Frank Ross), departmental store (More), Vodafone service center, RRSB Forex have branches here for customers. Anyone can access only gate no. 3 to visit this market place. All other 4 gates are only for office staffs or visitors (booked appointment). Lot of street foods are available at outside of this building .

Its a great place with a famous brand of DLF. Where as the bus terminal is also named after itself Dlf.. Its a IT hub where many employees do work down there. With 24 hrs working shift. Its a great spot for IT students.

Architectural design is nice.. Very much well maintained. Decent amount of food courts like DOMINOZ , KFC, ALIBABA, CCD are there. SECURITY system is also nice. You need to carry atleast one identity proof to enter the premises. GATE 3 is for pedestrian people for accessing the food courts, situated in this IT Park. And GATE 2 is for Office Employees.

Located in New town action area one, easily noticed from Rajarhat Highway, its a IT park , also have KFC, Only Ajibana, Oval and Dominos pizza for lunch or dinner and cafe coffee day store for coffee. Parking facility available for the visitors.

I work here ,in this DLF building and I know this place is a easily accessible . There is plenty of food stalls which provide good quality food in reasonable price .

It is a quite good commercial place. Many of the popular companies have offices here. Staff of DLF are very good in behavior and are always ready to guide you. The best thing is its roof top garden above 2 storey parking lot. DLF also has gaming zone where you can have fun with your colleagues and employees.The best thing is they are concerned about security.

The Best IT Park in New Town. The area is spacious and has a very good security system. Clean and Well Maintained. Public transport is easily accessible. Food and medical shops available in campus. Most of the nearby shops outside campus are closed on Sundays.

Superb location. Too beautiful atmosphere . There has too much security. They all are too responsible. There has a parking slot for allowed members. You need your govt.reg. ID proof and OTP to enter there.

A frustrated person named Gautam Ghosh works there who doesnt know how to answer the queries of a customer. I was looking for Vietnamese dong and I called him to know the INR equivalent price. He offered me 2200000 vnd for 10,000 inr. Im well aware that online rates and market rates are different but I wanted to know why this difference occurs because it showed me 33,00000 vnd for 10,000 inr online. He rather behaved very rude. I never forced him to give me the online price but being a customer, I have the right to question and the person will have to answer my query. But he seemed very very frustrated for no reason at all. In the end, on asking where his office is, he said Nahi hai sir humlogo ka koi office... Dont know what he was upto... Very bad experience. Mood spoiler.

It serves as a real landmark in a new settlement like New town. with its unique location it is a perfect place for office. It also helps the people who dared to live here at the very early stages of settlement by providing the only med shop....hats off to this building.

Its a township in making. Many more newer ideas regarding town planning are to be incorporated here. Extremely clean and tidy settlement as everyone of us feel. Roads and streets are wide enough for plying two cars from two opposite sides. Only difficulty we face everyday is location of groceries and medicine shops at one or two central points. One has to give trouble to ones feet by walking a mile to buy necessities like green chillies. We need shops scattered throughout the township instead of being located at AXIS MALL or EDEN SHOP or NEAR NEW TOWN BUS STOP only.

A big it hub.. a lot companies is there... Very nice atmosphere... Tight security..... In short a good place to work in....

Hotel staffs( OYO Hotel ) were good. Rooms are airy, big.Foods are little better than averages.I would like to add that two things at least will help enhancing their quality service.1. Room heater 2. Tea to be provided in the tea pots.

Ideal place for technology hub. Offices of few well known IT companies available here. Food section is also very good. There are two DLF. 1 & 2. Both are famous landmarks of Newtown area.

Omg such a secure place..! Security is too heavy building and promises is so collective and shorted. Most amazing fact of this building is its lift facilities its have 8lift and also 4way emergency exit. NB: To visit the place you must carry an original government ID with you.

I used to work here. I really love this locality. Plenty of connectivity. Its excellent for a night time stroll if you live here. The food stalls in the area provide hygenic and tasty food at a cheap rate. Proximity to salt lake sector 5 is another advantage. The area of New town and Rajarhat will develop greatly in near future.

This place is basically a professional hub. There multiple offices here but all have there own parking and facilities. There are a couple of food joints here and also a pharmacy. The public washrooms need to be cleaner.

Some IT companies are here. Street food is available and the quality is better than the average. Communication by road is good.

Very well maintained place. Clean and tidy. Transport facilities are easy to use. Many place of eateries available starting from KFC, Dominos to small street food stalls. In order to reach here one have get down at DLF bus stop from there they have to use the subway which leads to a road for gate 1 and gate 2....in case you need to go to gate no 3,4,5 take the street right beside Nazrul Tirtha and you will find it.

This building is the first such building from the DLF group and it houses renowned IT companies. It is at the beginning of the newly growing place New Town in Kolkata. This is known as the hub of all IT companies in West Bengal state. This area is different from other place of Kolkata. The roads are wider and more cleaner.

Kindly dont approach this company, the staffs here are very impolite they dont even know the basic manners of how to talk to their customers.i had made a phone call here to ask them regarding the procedure of conversion of Indian currency into Vietnams but they talked to me in a very rude manner.hence,I suggest youll not to approach this company had to share this experience.

This is one of the important office in Newtown by major arterial road having multiple cos IBM being the major one. Easily accessible from Newtown and being adjacent to major arterial road give its a location advantage and not so much congested as in sector v.

Theres no garden in this IT park and the one is only for namesake. Moreover, the recently introduced, absolutely not required, one way traffic rule is causing immense problems because one needs to wait, many times for even hours, before the security guards bring the vehicle parking token from other end of the premise. This rule has been forcely imposed even though it wasnt required as the path and gates for vehicle movements were different.

I was there for joining Concentrix (formerly IBM DAKSH). Being a building in the busy sector, its safe and sound with security checks all around.

Its a place where i m being working from last 3 monthsnothing special here apart from ccd nd kfc nd nipro nd a badminton court nd TT courtwhich is open till 10:30pmfor playing or to spend some time in cafe u can come herearound dlf 1 there are lot of street food shope but beware of the oil they are using nd dnt drink water from there place

DLF 1 is located near of New town bus stand in Kolkata. Transportation is available to wherever u want to go in Kolkata. Security of the building is good. Well maintained. many food stalls are there surrounding the building. Frank kross, KFC, Alibaba, Dominos are there in the building, over all good place.
