Beware of this OLX AUTOS DLFGALLERIA centre. They will promise to offer you an additional Paytm Gold coupon to match your existing car pricing quote from other portals. If you fall into their trap you are at a total loss as the Paytm Gold coupon they promise to share within 7 working days do not come within the promised date unless you do a rigorous follow up with them for a month. Finally when you get it and try to use it, IT DOESNT WORK and throws different error while using it. Their team will be least bothered to have it resolved. Specially Mr Sourav who will redirect you to the central helpline contact number everytime you try to reach out to him. You will be running from pillar to post for resolution but the OLX team would be least bothered. They will shy away to share even their Escalation Matrix for resolution. The entire team seems to be hand in gloves in giving this so called FAKE additional offer which does not exist!!!!. When you do follow up for bank account credit as a compensation for their inability to provide resolution, they will tell it is not possible for them to give since it was earlier agreed to accept the FAKE Paytm Gold Coupon.I AM A VICTIM OF THIS TRAP AND SUFFERING TILL DATE. I HAD SOLD MY CAR ON 10TH JULY 2021 BUT TILL DATE DID NOT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT WORTH THE AGREED COUPON VALUE.Beware Sellers Beware!!!!!! Dont recommend to anyone. Go ahead with other Car Portal.. They are much more transparent in PAYMENT.

Totally bekar experience, they advertise and highlight that theyll give the best price, but let it be of price they dont even value others time as well..! I went to sell my Baleno, and they first asked what I expect from the deal, I quoted my expectation and after that the representative started giving their sales talk, that I wont get that price, and they have earlier purchased a better model in a much lesser price.. After that i told them to do the inspection and run the auction and if I am satisfied with the price then Ill love forward or else will drive my car back home, but it seems they were not in a mood to do my work. They asked me to sit in the showroom, and then nobody was even bothered to notify for my inspection. I wasted alot of my time and after sometime I moved back towards my office without any price of my car...!!!!It this what we call service..!! There are a lot of similar startups offering better services out there in the market..!!
