I have been with Ottobock since last 4 years. Although the products are costly but they dont compromise on quality. As per my experience if you want quality product then you must visit here.Further, I was assisted by Shri Anwar Ji. He is calm, understanding and a handsome guy with gentle behaviour. I honour his hard work as he remains ready everytime, whenever I visit the clinic. He is there 24×7 on call, whenever you have any problem and assists in every tiny problem providing best solution.You must visit to the clinic once without any doubt.

I was worried about my leg pain. As per advice of my doctor, i visited that place for solution. They made some special insole for me. Its feel really good. So thank you Munmun mam, Anwar bhai and others supporting members.

I am using prosthetic foot since March,2019 after amputation of my left foot below the knee. It is very convenient for me to walk,drive scooter, moving upstairs etc. with my prosthetic foot. Ottobok is very helpful and friendly always. I am very much happy and satisfied with their cooperation.

Great experience with ottobock kolkata.. I am a above knee amputee and I am a nurse. I have used 3R80 joint for last1year 4 months. Got my first active wheelchair and loved it. Seamless process and got help in every step. Properly guided specially Pramit went out of the way to assist and respond with proactive measures and actions. Loved their survice. Its not only a product but an connection which should happen and thats exactly what I felt.The only drawback is its out of common peoples reach coz its hell expensive ofcourse you get loans now from Ottobock which was not there and its very helpful but on the other hand perfection is what you are wanting since my wheelchair is an extention of my body or for someone who are going for Prosthetic requirements. You get what you pay for. If the government could write off the taxes on these products could make a hell of difference. Overall it was an exuberance experience and what I got is making quite a difference in my life.

Incidentally I had to make a couple of visits to Otto Bock Healthcare unit of Kolkata while my elder brother Mr. Samarendranath Ghosh is being treated for prosthesis and familiarization training. I wonder how a unique team headed by Sumit Nath (Manager), Munmun Binte Satter, Pramit Kumar Das, Papri Dutta (Reception) and finally Anwar Alli (trainer) made an amazing breakthrough in treating my brother through cordial warmth of human relationship with everyone of the visiting family members. Ottobock, Kolkata is a good place for Prosthetic & Orthotic products in Kolkata. They did a good job with my little sons new AFOs which is designed as per the condition and requirement of the baby. Robust & light weight material, nice finishing and finally he is comfortable and feeling no pain while wearing it. However, products are little bit expensive. Great job Mr. Anwar, Mrs. Munmun and all others involved. They truly do care about improving people’s quality for life.

I had a very complex situation with my leg amputation along with a broken pelvis, but within 6 months of my pelvis reconstruction operation I started walking with the help of ottobock prosthesis. Not only are the prosthesis excellent but so are the staff taking care of the patient. Im a below the knee amputee since 2016. I had a prosthesis before I knew about Otto Bock. It was all horrible, broke down all the time, pain was constant. My movement was very very limited. After I started using Otto Bock, it totally changed my life. Now I can do whatever I want. I dont have to worry about any pain or the prosthesis breaking down. The best part is the behavior of the people who are in Otto Bock Kolkata, without their cooperation and help, I would never get to live a life that I am living now. Have been suffering from PPRP since 1982 and was using a knee lock KAFO for the past 35 years. Was experiencing multiple problems in the lower back, hip, shoulder and upper part of the body. I came to know about this place through my office colleague who is using prosthetic limbs for both her lower limbs. I am using prosthetic leg right lower limb below knee for congenital deformation. Though I tried to have a better one from two different places but those didnt work than the one I was using.I visited Otto Bock , Kolkata centre and discussed my requirement with Mr Sumit Nath, Centre in Charge . I got one done from this centre which took care of my needs and manufactured one lighter variety perfectly as per my requirement . I continue my riding two wheeler, driving normal Car, walking freely and faster to my fullest satisfaction. Subsequent visit for small services were also attended to my fullest satisfaction.
