Nice ambience, cordial and friendly attitude,well trained staff in the parlour

I had a great experience. Both the stylists and the owner was very accommodating and warm. I went for a hair straightening treatment and I am extremely happy. Would recommend this place to all.

I went for a few services there,and I cant say I had a great experience. First of all it was an afternoon the place wasnt that easy to find but Ok,then it had no other customers, just the 2 employees. It was a terribly hot afternoon and the air condition was not switched on,I had to request them to put it on which then they did. The stylist who attended me was quite efficient at her job. The salon has good overall ambience, products are good or not I cant say.

Bad service. Products and staff both were low quality. Cuticles started bleeding after manicure. Face had red patches whicl later turned into boils after detan facial.They exist only for money minting and don’t care about customer service at all.

Worst experience ever! I was gifted 2 nearbuy coupons ( basic head to toe package & chocolate waxing package). So i went to redeem them today. Head to toe included hair wash (too much carelessness while handling), hair cut (only basics like V-cut or U-cut or trim), facial (online showed me a choice between 2 facials, but in the salon the said they only do de-tan face pack which is not even proper facial, just a massage and pack, that too it gave me boils on my head immediately after the pack!!!), manicure (which barely lasted 15 Mins without any nail cream or hand pack and while cutting cuticles they cut my skin of both my thumb and they immediately started to bleed), head+neck+shoulder massage (not manually, thankfully they have a massager chair for it!), Upper lip and eyebrows threading. After all of it I literally felt like crying my heart out. Overall the lady seemed not interested at all even after me telling her every now and then about the all the above issues. If you go with coupons to these places, they treat you bad and poor. The best part is, its all the customers fault, they dont feel sorry about anything they do. Im never going back to this place ever in my life. Horrible. Only the waxing part was okay, that too not great.

Awsm experience....I visited there for waxing...but I will visit there for nail arts also...
