A SHOP THAT FLEECES CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ANY REGRETSCALCUTTA NORTH MARKETING PVT LTD is the authorised distributor for SADANI WATCH WORLD an outlet in Avani Riverside Mall and is manned by the same person whose photo is displayed at this site.This shop overcharges customers at least 3-4 times the price for items like watch batteries/cells. I purchased two Maxell CR 2016 lithium 3V cells and I was charged Rs 180/- for each. Later when I checked on the net and with other shops I realised the actual price of this cell is only Rs 50/- each or even less. When I went back to the shop with this info I was told that though the cost of each cell was only Rs 50/- they charge Rs 130/- as service charge for each cell. Also they can charge as they please as there is no specific MRP for the cells.The overall attitude smacks of arrogance and disdain for customers. A shop with no trade ethics and no respect for customers. I would advise customers to think twice before any purchase / transaction at this shop.
