Expensive temple ,the panda is demanding huge money for maa kali darshan...Dont entertain panda in this temple...

End to end exit gates. Escalators available only on the south end exit. Drinking water facility available on both sides. Toilet facility available outside gate 6.

Historical place for the Calcutta Metro Company !! It was opened on 29th of April, 1986 !! It is located in the Kalighat area.

Kalighat metro station is clean but it is not friendly for aged and physically challenged person. There are only two gates opened, one each for entry and exit which creates lots of trouble for commuters.

Staffs are helpful and good.

Kalighat metro station is on the Raj Bihari Avenue. Kalighat temple is nearby it. Lake mall and West Bengal Public Service Commission office is just nearby it. This is very well connected by many roads. Kalighat pumping station and tram depot is also nearby it . Kalighat metro station easily visible from the main road and very clean and well maintained in station . Autobuses Trump Metro everything is available here.

TOTAL SCAM,The priests and the shopkeeper keeps on saying that the mandir is going to close and you should enter through VIP gate by giving 100 rs each person, it is total scam , actually the mandir never closes, u just need to stand in queue for 15minutes only, each person near mandir is scammer, each person will lie to you and support another persons lie, even police person didnt object theirs wrongdoing

This is the nearest metro station from my home.The atmosphere is good,the facilities are well updated and cleanliness is maintained in the station.One of the busiest stations in this line.The Staffs and police personnels are friendly.

Good metro station. Recently they enabled free wifi service in this station. Seating places are good. But there is no rest rooms. Security is not satisfactory.

Its good location for tourists very near to Kali templeBut no escalation, toilet n most important if someone thirsty cannot use the water tap ,as it is fixed above.One must have a drinking glasses or bottles to quench the thirst.
