Being familiar to this group and details of the project, the quality of construction is better than other developers. The project is huge with 10 high rise towers in almost 12 acres offering 2,3,4 bedroom flats. Location is convenient from Metro station to Bus, Auto too.

Ideal Greens is a big project.A big project needs careful planning and implementation.It is to be explained by the Ideal Group as to1. Why the phase 1 completion of the project has been changed from April 2018 to April 2019 and again to May 2020.2. When is the complete project all phrases going to be completedWhen we booked our apartment in Dec 2015 ,it was with the belief that we are putting our trust in a reputed real estate builder.Ideal Group will needs to reach out to the buyers with a concrete time line to regain the trust which is vital for them.

The project is coming up fast. Hope it delivers all it promises including the hand over deadlines.In the foreseeable future the project may lose some of its sheen if banks do not open their branches and and a shopping mall does not come up soon in the location.

Ideal Green management must explain:1. Why the completion date are extending everytime since 2015, now 2022??2. The construction of structure for block H completed in 2017, however till date, internal works & lift installation not done, hardly few people are working in this block, your intention are not true to the spirit?? Why management commitment not sync with the avaialbility of manpower at site. It was a mistake to trust on you and paid more than 75% of the flat amount 3years back.3. Always giving vague date without any detailed manpower plan. Since last 6 years changing the possession date for each block, why?4. I purchased the flat in 2015, 6 years now on, very disappointing on your behaviour, doing whatever you like, this is really frustrating...5. By God forbid, could you come up with concrete plan to handover the flats during this year..???????????????
