Worst branch in Kolkata, lethargic staff. Submitted to change my contact details and its been a year has not been done. On asking, the staff doesnt even talk properly. Shameful branch.

The branch manager is very rude, arrogant and has no sense of talking to a lady.. should learn these aesthetics first before getting into a responsibility. Bank should change the manager.
