I have been visiting Rasam since 4 years now and I can say their quality is constantly excellent!The best South Indian restaurant in Kolkata.Just one drawback, the price is on a slightly higher side.

Food is very tasty. Clean and nicely decorated. Only thing they are not following covid protocol properly. Customers are entering without mask. The sanitization machine outside the shop was not working

Uncooked utthapam given to me. When I confront this situation with them, they are are arguing that this the well cooked. So irritating and disgusting ambience. Recommended not to go for this.

Calm and cool place to enjoy authentic South Indian cuisine, the best place is they serve each item piping hot, whether it is idli Or vada Or dosa, its been made freshly for each serving, the staffs are very friendly, the interiors need some renovation as it looks very old but in acceptable condition, the location is also good with plenty of parking space.

The delivery time taken to complete 2 Dosa required them half an hour...as it being Sunday said by steward there...they need time .. .more on it. .. Valet Parking horrible. .found my Car key broken by the Valet during the delivery of Car. ..matter was reported to front desk Mr. Shirajit & Mr. Abhijeet F&B Manager & overall they dont have dedicated team to solve such solution.Its dangerous to take your car this place. They have highly irresponsible local guys to handle your car.

Rasam SERVED awesome south Indian delicacies with great food quality. Until today. This visit was perhaps the last visit for me and my family. The waiters had absolutely no idea what to serve and who to serve. There were children screaming at the top of their voices and the whole place was like a fish market. This Saturday evening was ruined. The only positive feedback I can give is for the food. The number goes for the food and nothing else. For service its a big Zero.

Normally I’m very satisfied with the dahi vadas and medu vadas. Today I thought I’d try their special vadas.Though the sambar and chutney were alright .. the vadas were nothing like the picture. They were hard and flat more like wheels . It did not taste like a vada at all.I complained to Swiggy that I was not sent the right product.This is so disappointing! And terrible for your reputation.I will never try anything new again from your mean.
