Just an okay Hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene is a issue here. Food is decent.

The service road gets water clogged very easily, which doesnt get cleared off in hours. Our ceremony was ruined due to water clogging. Secondly, the staff also is useless, they did not tell us about an alternative road ,until one of our guests found out by himself.Food was below average. The corridors are dark and gloomy, ( scary too). Staff is very very very slow. It takes an hour to serve tea, after ordering!!! Not recommended.

Disgusted with the approach of the hotel staff to the customer. I was shown 5 different rooms and I selected one. The room had no working shower, the staff escorting to the room, the staff at the desk had no masks on. Upon asking for a check out because of the experience, they said we need to pay the amount in full. Just to clarify the situation, we didnt use the room yet. When I offered them 33% payment as I didnt even use the room, they declined. When I went further to use the washroom, the closet was filthy. When paying by card, they said their machine is not working so I need to visit the nearest atm and get the cash from there. I havent seen such a pathetic customer service ever. I would prefer to stay in an oyo rooms better. No hygiene standards, no product quality, no staff courtesy.

Good restaurent and atmospher is so good

I booked NPG hotel for my wedding reception.Frankly speaking I was not so sure about the food and management of this hotel.Just played blind which fortunately turned out to be the best event of my life. My colleagues praised the food and the ambience and hospitality as well.. All credit goes to the event manager Saikat, who helped me out and arranged things so beautifully.

The hotel staffs r not that experienced. Need to improve their hospitality. Room amenities r very good. Toilet is quite clean and good. They need to improve their reception desk persons behaviour. Check in and check out is very smooth.

The rooms are clean however there is no segregation of smoking & non smoking rooms. It would be unpleasant for someone who prefer non smoking rooms. The staff are very polite. The location is good as it is very close to Airport & also to access other destinations

Good but service needs to be improved. They claim to start breakfast by 7:30 in the morning but till 7:40 when I entered in the restaurant they were preparing things and I had to manage it. Everything else was good though.

Awesome moment

This is an excellent hotel and the staff behaviour is very good. Recently I had a event in the hotel and they provided excellent services. The food was also very good. Thanks NPG for making the event so wonderful.

Check in procedure is very slow. Though we had early check in request due to same day check out still we had to wait for long time for check in. Room was very small (no. 306) and not was upto the mark. Bed was not so clean. AC and refrigerator was good. Good one used comb which was packed in room and no new comb they have provided. Only one big towel provided in room but not so clean. Flash in bathroom was not working properly. After informing the house keeping staff they sent one mechanic and he fixed it. Its a very new hotel but still its looking like old due to not maintained properly. Parking facility is very poor. Only 4 car can be parked after that we had to keep car beside the road. Overall its not in the satisfied level.

One of the nicest, most accommodating staff. Very helpful. Id recommend you all to stay here if youre visiting Kolkata for the first time and are planning to stay near the Airport like I did. The rooms are not too big, Id say its sort of cozy. Bathrooms are clean, and there is a Bengali restaurant nearby that serves excellent Bengali dishes. Had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Very good property nearby Airport. Walkable distance to City Center Mall 2. Fastest road infront of hotel which is connecting Kolkatas IT hub Saltlake sector 5.Nearby Airport, 24 hours checkin facility with 24 hours room service. Spa also inside the hotel for relaxing.

It is not a place for having lunch or dinner. Is only good if you want to use this for having hard drinks. Preparations of eating items not good. Veg items are not good at all. Prices on the higher side.Staff here is very customer friendly.

I called the hotel and they prepared my my room.Polite people at the front office and restaurant was a delight.The bell boy knew what he was doing and the briefed us about the room and the amenities it contained which was again great.Overall a wonderful experience. Id recommend people to stay here if they need a place near the airport.

We are a family of 4 and the stay was good. its near to airport and so if you have connecting flight next day, this is near to airport.food was tasty and 200rs extra charged .. early check-in charge of 1400 as GST and so not sure if this is right. Rest all no issues

Very recently, I organized a birthday party for my son in this hotel. I am penning down my thoughts about this establishment here. First of all the location is very good. Just adjacent to the service road near the Chinar Park crossing. So your guests who are commuting by public transport are not inconvenienced as Chinar Park is very well connected to rest of the city. Secondly the Hotel has good parking facility which can easily accommodate 10-12 cars. The air-conditioned Banquet hall is in the 1st floor of the hotel which has a separate entrance other than the Hotels main entry gate. The Banquet Manager Mr Chiranjib Banerjee, is a thorough professional yet warm person who has been very helpful in our process of selecting a menu, decorator and other details for the party. On the day of the event, we found the entire event starting from the food, presentation and hospitality of the staff to be top notch. Multiple times I have been complimented for selecting an excellent location and for the food preparation from my guests. As a host what else does one expect? At the end of the party, the billing process was also very quick, professional and without any ugly hidden cost surprises. The banquet hall in length runs parallel to the outside Main Arterial Road and is glass covered offering an excellent view from either side. While driving to the venue one can clearly see the well lit and decorated hall and can feel the sense of festivity inside. The food especially starters and the desserts were excellent. My guests were mainly Non-vegetarians. However even hardcore vegetarians guests complimented on the veg dishes, which is a bit rare. The cost of the food and the hall is considered per plate and is one of the more reasonable that I could find in this upcoming area of North Kolkata during my scouting and planning part. All in all I recommend to each and everybody this fantastic place for any party/get together and to create wonderful memories. - A thoroughly satisfied customer.

Ordered tangri kebab full plate from food panda. Instead of giving 4 pieces, they gave 3. On calling back, their staff explained us that half plate contains 1.5 PCs and full plate contains 3. Please explain me how can a tangri kebab be delivered half piece?

Money making hotel. The hotel charged me double the price for early check in. Inspite of showing the amount they refused to let me early check. I called the hotel the night before and checked- they accepted the availability but in the morning refused. I was with family including two kids, so I had to pay almost the same amount of a day, just for 3.5 hrs and checked in early. The manger at the reception was rude. Not very good experience overall. Try to avoid early checkin if you are booking from thrid party. The hotel do not entertain these and takes advantage of charging extra.

A new hotel in the flourishing Rajarhat district. Well kept and the rooms are cosy. Staff is courteous but the service is a bit slow. Overall a good choice for overnight travelers. It is near to the airport. Just a 8-10 mins drive.Reservations are recommended. They have a restaurant on the ground floor for visiting patrons as well. Room sizes are good. Especially the suites they have are very spacious and best for a family of 3 or maybe 4.
