Great place to buy any type of instrument, especially a digital piano. Most other stores that I checked either didnt have any digital piano or were grossly overpriced. Finally found the model that I wanted in Music Kafe at a reasonable price.

A music store with a pretty good stock of instruments and recording equipment. They house some impressive inventory from local makers to international brands. The prices are decent and the staff does not push you to make a hasty purchase. I personally enjoy the experience of buying my instruments from Music Kafe.

I would like to share my experience...I bought a semi acoustic Yamaha Apx600 from Music Kafe, & later I found a defect in the guitar. I reported to Mustaque da (shop owner). He reviewed the product thoroughly & helped me in every possible ways to replace the product from Yamaha. And finally it got replaced. Im really satisfied and many thanks to Mustaque da for all his great support and help. 🙂🙂

Horrific service by store personnel. Made us wait 3 hours and didnt even keep a check on us while we were waiting. Over hyped.

Really hated the experience ,i wanted to buy 60k guitar , when i called them and said we have all the guitars you need but when i went they said he dont have any of your guitar they literally wasted my time . And the guy who picked up the call showed me attitude i was like wow. I am never.going to go back just because they way they treated me as a customer.

Was instantly contacted by Mustaq da and my matter was sorted out. I had also been there customer before and their service was excellent Everytime. I would surely refer future customers to this store.

Awesome...I bought my guitar from there last year and I always go there to repair it.... I also have other intruments and i always prefer going to music kafe and repairing them!

I had a terrible experience today. Went to get my electric guitar setup. The attendee in the store accepted, gave me a receipt and asked me to return in an hour. Apparently the technician had gone for lunch. I returned after 1.5 hours only to find that they did not even have a technician on staff. Apparently he had gone for a doctors visit now and wouldnt be able to take care of my guitar. The store attendee retorted Aami ki kobo - phone tulche na! Outstanding customer service. Will never return.

Must visit for all Musicians... I REALLY APPRECIATE AND ADMIRE THE PERSONAL CARE THEY GIVE TO A COMMENER LIKE ME...The most amazing part of this Music Shop is that, they take feedback seriously... If something doesnt work for you, they go out of their way to sort it for you...Initially, I was not personally happy with their services... I am no Musician, I told them that and I was there to pick up a musical instrument for my child... I told them to check it and give, they said it is the best piece as of now, but when I came home my child could not play it because it was defective. We showed it to others, the same thing was said by everyone who plays the same instrument...However, when I reported the same to the shop, the Owner, personally looked into the matter and sorted it out... Not only that, he was patient enough to allow the child to try 10 instruments before he could pick up the one which is the best...I know now why people swear by the place, I am going to highly recommend the shop...

Lack commitment, called multiple times and waited more than a week just to get information of a product available or not! I felt their attitude towards customer is ridiculous! I guess they are very rich people and not bothered if the products get sold or not or perhaps they cater to only professional musicians! Finally, I was asked to pay 50% of the total amount (=around 30K) of a product in advance which was supposed to be delivered in 10 days! Got better deal in Bragenza, professional people, 10% advance, delivered in 5 days..

Nice store for musicians

I was a regular customer, however due to their negligence and extremely poor customer service, I was forced to go to other showrooms.On one occasion, I had given my guitar for restringing and polishing. They had promised me a specific date by which theyll be done with the job. However they kept delaying it. When I decided to go to the shop myself and see what the progress has been. I was shocked to see that my guitar was literally there where I had last left it, without any work done. This was my first bad experience.A few months later I decided to give them another chance. I gave them my guitar for a usual restringing and cleanup. When I got my guitar back, I realized they not only gave me cheaper strings than what I had paid for (thinking I wouldnt realize), they also displaced the alignment of my guitar which was very close to breaking the entire neck. I would consider this done purposefully. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They are authorized dealer of Roland, Yamaha, Korg, Ibanez, M-audio and many more brands. You can find Ukulele, drums, bongos, guitars(acoustic, electrical), bass etc. The staffs are friendly.I went on to order a customized guitar bag for my guitar. They made it really good. It was well padded. Will definitely recommend them.
