In one word : delicous. We ordered Chicken skillet jambalaya ( with added prawns) and Lemon caper salmon. Jambalaya tasted good but the star of the show is salmon. Perfectly cooked fish with mouth watering crispy skin. Both the dishes were delicious and they will make you crave for more. 10 out of 10.

Chili’s is one of the best restaurant to enjoy American dish as well as experience the one such kind of ambiance . We went Chili’s in south city Mall. Waiting time was less than usual time. We ordered Texas chicken wings bone in ,golden crispy fish and chips and grilled chicken leg piece with sauté veggies. Chicken wings was good but definitely the taste was not usual one in America. Fish and chips was the best out of all the items we ordered. Fish was so tender yet the outside was crispy. To pair up with that mayo dip with herbs was there that was awesome as well. Also it came with french fries medium quantity . Finally we had grilled chicken leg piece with the seasonal vegetables like broccoli , boiled corn , celery , mushroom and also mash potatoes in caramel flavour. It was healthy and yummy . In dessert we enjoyed the classic mojito in mint flavour.overall the food was too good and ambiance was something one should experience. We had a scrumptious dinner indeed.

The place at acropolis kasba is a really good place. The ambience is awesome. The service is really good. One should try the fried calamari platter with shrimps. The chicken wings are really nice if they are braised with BBQ sauce. The cheesecake is worth it, though they could less freeze it so the texture of the cheesecake remains intact and the creaminess remains. All over its a very good place to dine out with friends and family

I think Covid has hit the brand really hard and they are trying their best to compensate for their losses by serving below average food which will taste just bland. I really couldnt taste anything. The grilled chicken they served was plainly sad to look at, small bland chicken piece served with bland potato mash and bland salad, with mayo and mustard sauce at the side to add some taste. I had gone to chillis in Mumbai and in Kolkata. I had to write that Kolkata standards have stoop down so low, it makes me wonder about other places. I really dont find it worth to spend the money and time here anymore.

The food here is very good, and if you dont want to spend a huge amount of money, this is your place. The portions served are good for more than one person. So two platters are good for three people. For starters, try the calamari or the chicken and corn on the cob platter. For mains, the burgers are humongous. The fajita platter is good for three people. Their in house fries are too good. The service is fast too. So, no downside, but dont go for the the coke if you need a drink. 330 ml costs 250.

A bit congested. The usher (Mr. Ghosh) was disgusting and disrespectful. We reserved table through Dineout and confirmed our reservation with the restaurant over telephone in advance. We reported at the restaurant, 15 minutes before our scheduled time to ensure that we dont miss. The usher was taking walk-in reservations in a register and to our dismay, clubbed us with walk-in guests. He said that well be admitted when our turn came as per his register and theres no validity or existence of prior reservation. After lots of protest and threats to report, we could talk to manager and convince him to let us in. This is one of my go to places for any occasion. I love their food and ambience. I love everything about chilis. I have had bad days ( I have to admit) but the positive aspect always outweighs. I live their triple dippers, burgers, fish and chips, fajita the most. Drinks are also amazing. They make the most delicious traditional cheesecake.

Smoked chicken was awesome. Red pepper chicken is very tasteful and sufficient for one person. The ambience is good and peaceful. Nowadays all safety norms are maintained. It is also budget friendly.We ended with desert which was so great. The behaviour of all staffs are very cordial and friendly.

Though a little tough on the wallet, especially for students, they can nevertheless satisfy their taste buds once in a while by gorging on pork ribs, chicken chipotle, giant burgers or even Southerwestern Cheese Pizzas. Drown it down with your pick among their excellent range of cocktails and mocktails. Its definitely a wonderful experience in itself, especially in the dimly lit ambience with cheerful music in the background.

Today I went with my mother to Chilis. It was our first time. The ambience today was not good as it was very crowded today, we had to sit on the seat beside the restroom. The food was okay. But the Bhetki preparation with rice was cold. I told the waiter that its cold and the added shrimps smelled a bit. But he refused politely. The shrimp sizzler was good and the dessert was also good. I dont recommend going there on Sundays on pick time. Otherwise it was a good experience allover.

It offers a range of options. Do try out the Mix Fruit Yogurt Smoothie. It definitely is one of the best Ive tried in Kolkata. It gets it perfectly right. Also the Queso Lamb Burger is a must-try. As our server Ravi described, Its crunchy and creamy at the same time. One of the best burgers I have tried in a really long time. The portion size is more than enough for two people, and after the Smoothie and this burger I was too filled and couldnt try out the desserts even though I really wanted to. Ill definitely go back to Chilis to try the Ribs and desserts. Chilis South City is a must-try place and one of the best places in Kolkata. A super easy recommendation.

My friend asked for some suggestion on cocktail and she was told that some Chili special drink was good and that she will get 2+1 on that drink... and they will divide it like 45ml+45ml... what they served was not n only a waste of money... Food was good and hospitality too...Please suggest good things only to people who are asking for advice/suggestions

Food is good but service wise I do think they have a basic responsibility to inform their customers before billing that they are adding the service charge. I dont think the staff takes it seriously. Things need to change in terms of their process wise.

Nothing much to say about chilis.. Always feel good to visit there.. Must try the LONG ICELAND ICE TEA in happy hours u can enjoy 2 of them in one price nearly ₹450 for 2..overall if you want to spend money and buy chilled happiness, chilis is your best destination.

Nothing special, in my opinion. Ive been to a lot of fine-dining restaurants in my city, thus this pop-culture new-age junkie didnt appeal to me at all! Theres no one to attend to us, unless called for, that too after 10-15 mins of our arrival. Nothing to say about the food, worst array of junk and deep fried foods on offer!! We took a triple non-veg platter consisting of 5 different kinds of deep fried whatnots, which made us feel incredibly bloated after consumption. The only thing that I found good was the passion fruit iced-tea. Else every other thing was pathetic!! If youre one of those sophisticated fine-diners like me, please dont visit this restaurant. Terribly disappointed!!

Chilis is a well known name in Kolkata now. This outlet at South City Mall was the second one to open in the city. Menu is same as the other outlets. One quick tip - they dont have a Shrimp Basket on the menu anymore, but you can still order it. Just ask nicely. Also recommended are the Fajitas !

On the 2nd floor of South City Mall this outlet of Chillis is an absolute treat. The portions are quite decent, the decor - charming and the ambience - vibrant. The food was fantastic and the dips and sauces heavenly. The restrooms are very clean and there is also a smoking room. The staff are very courtous and it being a birthday lunch that we went for, they even performed a spirited jingle. Overall a fabulous experience.

I’ve been a patron of Chillis for quite a few years; especially the one at Acropolis Mall. Expecting similar standards and service, my experience was poor; very very poor.The lady at the reception directed me to the a place where other patrons were sitting, while the other wing was empty (5.00pm).The drink did not arrive in any tray, as is generally the norm. Here it was served in hand - no cheers of course :(Then the TV screen dished out only one channel. On inquiry I was informed that due to cost cutting other channels are NOT available.The staff speak loudly in vernacular. The customer here, definitely, is NOT the king.Sadly.

Good Experience....the place has a good vibe and right from the time you are greeted at the entrance and escorted to your seat up to the time you exit the restaurant, being wished again the staff are courteous and helpful.
