If I could give 0 star, then I would be more happy. I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from this store. They gave me a broken refrigerator. When the technician came to give a demo, they found it as broken and raised replacement request. Since, then I am bouncing like a ball between Khosla and Whirlpool for 9 days in this hot summar!!! Till now no date has been given when I can get a replacement !!!!!!!!!!!!! They are not now picking up phone. I have no option other than to go to Consumer forum.Who thought I have to go through so much headache buying a refrigerator..

Khosla Electronic, BarasatWorst experience ever:If you are thinking of going to Khosla electronics, Ill suggest you to think twice. Theyll be with you like glue untill you buy anything then they will not attend a single call and will help you with nothing, not installation or anything. They will give big dialogues to convince you specially the store manager but afterwards they will not take any responsibility.we bought a panasonic ac.1) delivery happened next day. once the delivery happens looks like it is customers responsibility to inform the store and ask them to send company engineer for installation.2) they did not pick up the call most of the time. once they picked and told they will inform which they did not. Later I understood they were trying to avoid installation charges which I had to bear. It was around 2200/-3) engineer came on the 4th day after I complained to their customer care. later I came to know engineer was available still they did not inform them.4) while selling they told its a wifi model. But it was not.

Poor man management, co-ordination. 2 stars is too high a rating

They are selling display and using products to the customer and sales staff his name is pritam(laptop) behavior is too much worst that I have never seen before, and the floor manager also the same like sales staff...From today I would like to request to the people who are willing to purchase any product from this shop is dont go this shop and dont purchase anything from this shop.

Very rude behaviour. The sales man named Asnahur ali was very polite during the sale. But aftee delivery when I called to know the instalation day he was not answering my call. After several calls he picked up the call and was very ruse on call. I wish I could attach the audio log. Pathetic service.Will never buy anything from Khosla going forward

I bought a Samsung Tv and a Lloyd fridge ,after delivery of fridge ,mistakenly me and father opened the box of fridge as we dont know that companys man will come and he will open the box.After opening we saw a damage on the upper door of fridge,so we infromed the salesman ,after two days they replaced my fridge😊😊😊.I liked this service.And Tv is okay. Always remember that dont open the box yourself ,a company man will come and he will open the box of your product ......Over I got good behaviour from them ,but some of them have lack of knowledge.

I also buy a mixer grinder, it has some dispute in the body of the grinder, i want to exchange the product but after buying the sellers are not interested at all, highly disappointed,not buying anything from here

Delivery issue is a big problem.The salesman not at all helpful in process of delivery.

Prices, stock, and delivery are alright. I sincerely hope that they care more for keeping the privacy of the customers, especially the sensitive details like contact information.

The impression that you get at the Barasat store is that the personnel are disinterested in making a sale.

Their after sales service is extremely poor and they had promised me a free installation of my geyser which they never did. But most importantly their goods are always defective. The fridge and geyser I had bought both had leakages and I had to go through serious headaches to solve those problems.

Experience was terrible..the so called salesman was just uninterested in showing any item.we had to ask him everything personaly. We were looking for a microwave but the guy took no initiative in explaining the features of the item.Clearly he was extremely uninterested in selling any item. He was more interested in cracking jokes with his colleagues. Some others were busy with their personal mobiles even while attending customers. I would never go back to this branch of Khosla. I had always heard good about Khosla but now I know why people say that you should only believe what you see yourself.
