Didn’t deliver the product on promise date. More over the sales person (bhumika) is not responding calls. After you pay them money and buy product they literally forget you.

The place is excellent. They have a wide range of furniture, and the quality is good. The staff is friendly. When you go there, seek out a person named Manoj. He works there and is extremely polite and very considerate. He knows the value of your money and time and will work hard to get you the best deals and even suggest you cheaper alternative routes which are just as good. In contrast there is a black service person who is rather impolite. The prices are very reasonable, and they are an authorised dealer of Kurl-On mattresses. Also, they have an offer of 20% cashback on furniture purchases above 50K (which you can use to purchase more furniture). They have great rocking chairs there, definitely a rarity now a days.

The after sales service is pathetic and request all to keep this in mind before purchasing from this outlet..we had purchased a study table in Nov 2019. After purchasing we had to literally plead , request and finally fight with the teams to get it delivered..Now not even 1 year the study table cover is falling apart..made a complaint nd we were assured it ll be taken care. Alas, the hometown team kept their reputation of super pathetic services and they still do not have any idea..neither any updates.

Store is well decorated and stocked. I bought Morgan King Sized Bed, Morgan Double door wardrobe, Dressing table mattress etc worth more than a Lakh Rupees. Will share my honest reviews.Pros : salesperson Surojit extremely polite and well mannered and helpful. 5 star for him. Call center people also helpful and responsible.CONS: delivery is a big problem. They kept on delaying inspite of fixing their own dates repeatedly. Delivered after 40 days.All products were MADE IN CHINA which I was not aware of. Being a responsible citizen of my beloved country I urge all to first enquire and ensure and avoid ALL CHINESE PRODUCTS.NB : I will post further reviews after the products are fitted and used.

Once items booked and paying the full, the showroom becomes an alien set up. You will be not able to connect the showroom by any means. Only means is the guys sitting opposite the toll free number. They maintain a very diligent communication gap with the showroom! The landline of showroom never rings!

Very poor commitment to delivery dates. Made me take a day off for delivery then rescheduled. Also make sure to check piece properly. I also received a damaged table and its an incredibly complicated process to try and get a rectification

Brilliant range of products, very good customer service, but no bar coding on products so huge delay at the check out.

Worst customer service. The quality of the products doesnt justify the high price. You can find better priced products of similar quality in other smaller stores of the same mall.What was most disappointing was the way they interact with customer especially the manager. I have found more friendly customer service in other home decor shops.

Horrible experience. Mohammed aurenzeb was the sales guy dealing with us. I chose a decor vase for myself. The pots were stuffed and entangled, while removing one from the shelf the one behind fell and broke. And I was made to pay for it. Paying for something that I broke was fair. I understand if a product damaged should be paid for but the sales guy behaved so arrogantly and with a terrible attitude that he was happy to cancel the rest of our order .I do not recommend purchase from this store. Customer dealing here has always been horrible!

Worst service. After delivery, they didnt say anything. Now after , whole day of waiting, they are stating, they have a policy of fitting within 48 hours. Now the day is wasted. Its the worst decision ever that I had taken to get the benefit of furnishing my apartment with the popular exchange offer initiated by the hometown outlet in Merlin furniture mall. From the very first month,the cupboard bought has been a pain as the plank bent and I had to immediately call for repair.It continuous even after 5months of purchase,every 15days the planks bend of the cupboard and bed bought from hometown mall.
