This is my frist time entry this showroom its super se bhi uper all employed this showroom very good and i am very satisfied 2 days ago i have to buy my mahindra xuv 500 w11 top model.

It remains semi closed in Sundays. The petrol variant of XUV300 was not available for display. However behaviour is very nice. They allowed to inspect the available diesel variant. Also promptly gave me a quote for petrol variant.

A big no to shree automotive. Cheaters. Think thrice before going there. They looted my money. They will perish in near futureAvoid the place.I booked a mahindra Xuv 300 w4 on 3 Dec 2020 from Shree Automotive kolkata giving them Rs 30000 and cancelled it just 2 days later on 5 th Dec for personal reason. Within that period I was not given any receipt as well for the advance booking. Almost 2Months later after severe harassment  they gave me the refund cheque after debitting 5000 as cancelletion charge and Rs 900 as GST although they couldnot provide any GST detail. I am an old and loyal  Mahindra customer and shocked with their behaviour.I will move to the consumer court with my attorney for a proper judgement.Do you have any other solution?1. As long as I am not given any sort of money receipt or any form of acknowledgement for a booking amount, that is not a vilid booking.They gave me the money receipt in a back date on the next day of cancellation upon my allegation that money receipt had not been generated. I have mentioned it in the cancellation mail that I sent it to you earlier. I have every document that you can investigate.The colour of the ordered car was not also finalised.Yet they debitted Rs 5000 as cancelletion charge and rs 900 as gst.2. They forced me to submit at least Rs 30,000 before they gave me the quotation.I have heard this is the dealers general policy that you can easily investigate.3. They called me on 30 Jan 2021 informing me the cheque was ready although they gave me a backdated cheque that you can investigate with the cheque number.4. I received a very hursh behaviour from the staff for the refund..they did not pick my calls up several times and rejected it. I had to beg for two moths for refund for which I still preserve several mails and phone call records.5 They were pressurising me to change the reason of cancellation. They advised me to write Covid19 to be false cause of my cancellation to get any sort of refund that I obviously declined.6. You can check other reviews about the dealer simply on google.Sometimes the sales girl rang me in the midnight, I can show you the call list.This is extremely unprofessional. You can investigate with other customers regarding these things.They compelled me to get to them physically to collect the refund cheque that is not at all desirable in the covid situation.Under covid situation cancellation charges are generally exempted evwrywhere. This is just a process of losing a prospective customers.

Good showroom with great hospitality from the managers. They help you with everything related to the purchase of car and finance. I purchased a Mahindra Marazzo from this showroom in Feb 2020 and I am pretty happy with the service. They even helped with the Puja before Delivery.While moving towards Airport side, take the service lane at Haldirams and the showroom will be on the left just after Axis Bank.

This place is very easily accessible. According to the staffs (as I was told) this Mahindra showroom is the oldest one in Kolkata. The staffs are very well behaved and always ready to help. I went to enquire about XUV300. They explained very well.

Good showroom, stocks are also available but they need to develop knowledge when they are comparing other company cars.

Bought a Mahindra KUV 100 they delivered it to me with teporary registration and did not get the car registered permanently for 1 and a half months had to call the representative for one month daily and then got the tax token. the comapny even charged a fine from me for late registration. Silly place do not buy from them. You will have to request them and plead for getting the car registered.
