It is okayish kinda experience in the KTM service centre, but yes company service is good but outlet experience is not that so.

The ambience is well drawn to the passersby too.

The experiance at the service center was good. It is a small centre compared to Dhapa and Chinar Park which result in quick service and personal attention given by the service executive as it is less crowded.

Best service center of KTM I hv visited so far.. the employees are very friendly and well mannered , does their work in a flawless manner.. Mr. Banti Basak and Mr. Rakesh was too good with the assistance and the service they had provided me.. I would suggest everyone to visit this place to get ur bike serviced .. ❤
