Today I visit Jio Center Sealdah first time at 3:30pm approximately...In jio center someone security person said me sir today center will be closed then I ask him why you are not change your working hours on google map I coming from so far and working Timing showing 10:30am - 6:00 pm on google map.This person said me now working hour is 11:00 am to 01:00 pm...I get reply very rudely..There no value or timesI requesting that person please mention correct working hours on google map

This (jio) service center is is very bad because service of technician is very slow you may go to the centre then employees and security told you coming after 2/3 hrs later . Place is good but service and security guard behaviour is very poor.

Looks after only 30 customer in a day. What abt the rest? Who will solve their issues? Jio needs to answer this.

Very bad experience, and worst service totally waste of time, service center opening time 10.30 am but stuff coming in office after 12, waiting time 4 to 5 hour then told me come tomorrow. Jio phone is very bad so dont buy this phone any one, this phone is west of money.

Go there and handed over at about 13.30 hrs for non availability of network of my Jio key pad set. But unfortunately when 15.00 hrs the staff of the service center told me that we are felure better you go locally for repair.

Good service and one day service available here. Lacation is in Bigbazar building 7th floor. My jio handset tower not coming so that i came here, they provided a new handset and also update software in half an hrs. But if u need to change your handsets its take 2 or 3hrs.

Too lazy, time given by jio website 10am - 6pm, but they work from 10.30am-2pm, if u go after 2pm with any softwr rltd prblm they will deny to work at same day,

Behaviour of the stuff is extremely rude. They were laughing when I enquired about replacing the damaged battery of my Jio Fi 2 as if I committed a crime by visiting the service centre for replacing such a cheap component. The batteries of Jio Fi routers are indeed cheap and their stuff are also like these batteries.

The employees are a bit circumlocutory and they keep on telling the customers to follow their orders whether its possible or not... They are least interested to know the problems of the customer.. Dissatisfied

Worst service centre not accepted my Jio device for repair at 4.30 p.m. on Saturday. How its possible for a service man to come on other day at 10.30. the staff told me to come on Monday morning.
