Cable connection available for Hathaway and broadband connection of Alliance Broadband. They are good providers , but sometimes take too long to respond. You can pay both the price online without hazards.

A horrible cable TV connection. On an average, it remains undisturbed for 15/20 days a month. Either extremely disturbed or no connection at all. Very much disappointing. Nobody should go for it. Moreover, most of the time the local office does not pick up the phone. It is covid time, otherwise, I would go for alternative connection.

One of the worst worst worst and worst Internet service... Alliance service is much better than Hathway... No responsibility and accountability... During this crucial period of Amphan cyclone... No internet service from one week... No customer care is picked up the call also... Seriously very poor service of Hathway broadband.

Since 20th May no internet.... went to hathway office at least 5 times they hardly cared... They never answer any calls, They are stating that due to covid situation they don’t have man power but every time I went to Hathway care office in Santoshpur they all are chatting and doing time pass

Matherchodd hathway customer care service no one picks the phone no support from them they only call whenever renewals are due else forget about any support from them... Stay away from hathway better get your local cable internet at least you are approach them...

V bad experience and zero accountability. When I asked my friends they too said d same. After getting money they did not revert back to give connection..if we all become dishonest in our work then when is d respect to work..after humble request they did not revert back.they did not call back...there is no concept of customer care..even after warning they did not revert back. We will finally complain d same...worst..please dont ever take this connection.they spent d money n did not come for connection.every day fighting for our own money. These guys roaming here and there and dont receive phones too..easy way to fool people n make money after looting them.

Just a stunningly poor service.No connection for a month, even after payment.Every single trivial step takes weeks. Literal weeks.Most of the staff is courteous though.One of them wasnt.Just dont apply for a connection, or even if you do, dont pay a single dime till youre connected to the Internet.Ive tried it all.Being polite, being rude alike.They just dont budge.Im so exhausted, Im too tired to complain also.Money given to Hathway = Money down the drain.Please look for alternatives already. :/Edit (30/12/2017) : Been using Hathway for over a year now. This is the worst possible service ever. Inspite of paying the bills they tend to off the channel and couldnt possible come up woth a reason. They dont work systematically at all. When they possibly cant come up without aby reason they say their server is off. Worst possible service.
