StickyPins is a very small company pretending to be something great.There is no HR, there is no management and no healthy food shops nearby to have lunch. You wont even get a clean washroom to relieve yourself. The company doesnt believe in paperwork, you actually have to ask for your joining letter. Salary calculations fluctuate depending are upon the number of days every month. The system is made in a way to deduct salary.If youre fresh out of college, its fine, you can get a package between 7-12k a month but there is no stability. The work culture is not worth it and their social campaigns make no sense.First hand experience.Reason for leaving: company said they couldnt afford my salary.To professionals: If you already have an experience of more than a year, dont go there. You may have to perform tasks not included under your job role and which delays your scheduled task.To companies: Looking for a SMM company? There are plenty of other options in the city

Very small company but trying to prove as a big house.Its a new startup company.Office located in a old heritage type of houses basement.There is no proper entry point no window nothing.u will b surprised if u compare with website...i didnt find anything so professional for a good business or career.
