Been with Innofied for quite some time now and the overall experience thus far has been absolutely superb. I joined Innofied during the pandemic and the on boarding was very smooth. The tasks and projects given are good for individuals growth. Mentoring has been good by the senior executives and the work culture is pleasant.

I had very unprofessional interview experience, I cleared two technical rounds here and HR told me to soon schedule third round. But for the final round i got no call afterwards from HR. When i followed up with HR, she said she has already left the company few days back and was on notice period earlier. She told me she will pass on message to new HR. I was hoping I might receive call for scheduling my third round but no response yet since last 4 weeks. This is complete waste of a candidates time, no proper structure and big communication gap here. It shows how unprofessional HR management system is there.

One thing I really liked and appreciated was they always had a solution for every issue. It wasn’t “No, we can’t do that.” It was always “Let’s work around it; let’s regroup.” That was definitely something that we appreciated as a company. If you compare Innofied to any provider, they were super professional, a very talented group of people.

I loved working with Innofied. Their biggest strength is that they care about the app meeting the expectations of the client. We felt like they were walking beside us during the whole process. We worked with dev companies in the past, and for the first time, we found a company that actually cares about the final product. Totally unprofessional. I have given 3 rounds of interview. Then all of a sudden the HR blocked my number. And I cudnt able to know whether I am selected or not. When contacted from another number HR told review is yet to come. Then she blocked my new number also. Is this is a joke. Be professional Maam. You need to be interviewed on HR post. Unprofessional.

I visited here for interview. The place and work environment of office is fine. Not too congested. I dont know much about the company as I am not working here. The company basically building web app, websites and hybrid app with api support. One of the top ten Private I.T Company in Salt Lake, Kolkata mainly working in PHP and Advanced JavaScript

Not professional at all, delivery of the application and website were not what they promised.. Bad service and worst Development of website and application. The funny part is that when a person post a genuine review they say they have not worked for them and all the good reviews are from the people who works in this company or rather they are forced .Please do not think of giving a big project to them as they are not capable of it.

Inefficient interviewer. Take 2 to 2.5 hrs of a candidates then can not decide whether to recruit or not. HR personnel do not even updates candidates accordingly.
