Worse salary structure.....u will never get your salary on time..pressure will..be there... They just want the employees to.. Work only... Nothing at all..in this company...no..growth....only..for fresher... I gave two...stars just because of the seniors ....seniors are very helping in this..company...u will...have the chance to learn ..alot......but. only in php..nothing else.....but over all good for freshers...if money is not issues for u.. Because u will never get salary in time even for two months join at your own risk ..other than there are lot of companies..for fresher in kolkata........

Not so good as expected. I was go there for an interview. They told me that after checking my machine test performance, they tell me when the next round will be happend. But didnt get any response form Encoders.
