Useless. Its difficult to locate, theres no parking available and then there is babu giri at the worst here. The attitude you face is theyre doing you a favour by letting you pay them.

I am not satisfied.. several times I go there..bt my work is not done..

Anyone can deposit property tax,licence fees of kolkata municipal corporation easily. The place is spacious and adequate sitting arrangement is there.

If u know what, where and how to do all ok. or else agents are loitering for exploitation. staff are okay , reply to queries calmly. did not find any rudeness.

Well marked on Google maps and well labeled. I didnt have any problems finding the place. Staff were not not very friendly, but not rude either. They were doing there job well. Thats something above my expectations from my past experience with government employees in India. The look of the place is not at all up to the mark. They operate from a few tables and chairs placed in a large hall. No reception and office rooms.

The e-Kolkata building is very near from the crossing ....one minute walk towards Banchharams sweet shop on the main road & just by the side of the shop there is a narrow lane, at the end of the lane the building is situated

Regular Network and Server issue makes this office pathetic for any kind of service. KMC needs privatization as early as possible for the betterment of people, state and country.

I have updated aadhar card details from here on 29th Dec, 2017.A well managed centre for Aadhar card apllication or updation.The e-Kolkata building has several sections, the Aadhar card section is on 2nd floor. It has got a lift. Caters huge number of applicants on a day (we saw 197 on 29th). Application forms are distributed from one table and checked in another table and serial number is given. Applicants are called serially and there were 5 computer entry points on that day. It was all very disciplined and efficient. Staffs are well mannered and helpful. Office hours is 10 am to 4pm.I received my updated electronic Aadhar card on net (from UIDAI portal) by 31st December . It has taken only 2 days.Reaching this place is easy Jadavpur Baghajatin crossing is a well known point in South Kolkata....and well connected by bus auto taxi etc. The E-KOLKATA building is very near from the crossing ....one minute walk towards Banchharams sweet shop on the main road..just by the side of the shop there is a narrow lane , at the end of the lane the building is situated.It has got prominent hoardings which can be seen immediately after reaching the shop.

Good place for Aadhaar registration, updation, phone no seeding etc. Staffs are helpful & cooperative. Dont miss Banchharam beside, must have some sweet dishes there.
