A Small Branch but office staffs are Very quick in resolving Issues. Ops Team is very helpful. They resolved my problem within an hour. Although there are certain limitations however they give their best to solve customer problems. Satisfied!!

Office is good but location is not good. No poster or hoding is there. Its in the second floor.For redemptions you have to visit Mango Lane office. Kolkata is big city but they have one office.

They are very cooperative and helpful. Not like other TATA AIA OR AIG branches...

Today its being 60 days and they are successfully avoiding my policy surrender request.Whenever I go their office, they always have somekind of issues with my policy although PAN/AADHAR/Address proof/NEFT everything is verified and updated in their system.And the magic is that their salesman is at my door with new policy!Shame on you TATA AIA.

If u had called for the interview please dont go. First of all they will tell you that you have selected as a manager post and your salary will be 45k to 60k per month after that they will tell u to pay 750 ruppes for (IRDA) certificate intantally after you pay the amount they will tell you to sell the policy of rupees 125000 and after that u have sell again of 175000 ruppes policy and then after they will tell company will help you to equip agent at Least 15 agent of that per agent u will get 3k per each. And that agent u have to equip by yourself. Then u will get the commission as per agent. On the first day if you go they do buttering like u will get class in five star hotel per day company will give the amount 1k in your account. And they will tell there salary is all around 2 lac means 24lac per annum. Please dont go here,its better to start preparing for the compative exams.

Medium size branch. All staffs are not frank. But the managers are professional and helpful.
