The name pidilite is in itself a brand. But their dedication doesnt not reflect in their stores. It is quite unfortunate that such a big brand cant retain their customers, for their interactions with their customers is not upto the mark. The company should see to it that people with communicative skills are deployed in their stores to interact with the customers.
