Poor service. Every person has to stand in line for around 15 minutes at same position.
Nationalised Bank Branch but staff not much customer friendly/cooperative. Most of the works takes here much time to complete. Though nowadays most of the banking jobs like fund transfer, rtgs, statement of account generation.... people use to perform online through NetBanking or mobile applications developed by banks, some people come to bank for cash deposit/payment, new ATM card etc.... and they face problem and it takes much more time. 🌲🌳🐤🌄💐
Employees behave like typically lethargic Government employees with no accountability towards instruments being deposited. Customer relationship management is horrible except for some local bigshots. Sorry for posting. But this is a fact. No focus on Business Development and CRM.
