Every thing is pre built and is 98 % only laptops and nothing else . I just saw one cpu and theres nothing more for desktops. I had a hight expectations but its not worth it. I went for a gaming case by asus and they said that they dont have it and when I asked like how much it can cost they refused to give me a price.

The store owner hasnt come for a single time to show me the laptop.I have gone to buy rtx 3080 laptop and they gave me one laptop to see and didnt come for a single time to show me the specifications about the laptop .This is the worst.I have gone to buy 2lakh worth laptop they didnt show me the specification and when I asked him he just came and show me like I am his servant ,as I should be grateful that he is explaining me the laptop . I thought asus official store will have a good service while they are selling lakh worth laptop.But I am disappointed.Now I am thinking not to buy asus.EXTREMELY BAD STAFF.

It is a really good store if you want to just browse and/or use the laptops. But please do not buy from here. They are most likely going to either overcharge you, or give you damaged/defective products, or both. I have had bad experiences multiple times with this store when it comes to laptop/accessory purchase. And since you are going to be investing quite a bit of money on your laptop, Id suggest you think twice before buying from here.

Push the vendor to get get better deals if dont reduce the develope the system by adding extra ram maybe by 8 GB ask to keep price as it is. Before taking make sure u make them agree for laptop or a mouse, make sure the agree before taking the deal

They basically fool people. No complain against Asus. But the people of the store think customers are goats. They have little interest in our wants. They are more interested in selling out what they have by misguiding us. Didnt like the attitude at all. Sorry.

I went yesterday and searched for asus hero2 and scar2 edition.after sometimes I took discision that I wanna have asus rog scar2 (the 1070 edition) and its price is 177000/- according to store.the manager told me he had it but after waiting 30 mins he could not give it even could not connect with any other asus managers who were in year ending meeting and even did not receive his call.he then sent me home by saying he will call me after some days.My thinking is he did not have the laptop in first place and he bought some time to have it.He just shown me two pictures of two guys who bought high end laptops from their store.What could I do besides returning home by being deeply disappointed?There is only one rog showroom in Kolkata and even cannot show customers their product.I am deeply disappointed.I never expected that.

ROG gaming experience was mind-blowing every accessories i got whatever i needed

Its a exclusive store of Asus.

Inspite of mentioning multiple times that i suspected the laptop had temperature issues they convinced me to get the gl502vm instead of the newer updated gl503. They even said chokh buje kine nao(close your eyes and buy it). Then obviously the laptop had temperature issues as stated by multiple reviewers and i spend a lot of time getting it RMAd and when i went to get the replacement they said yes 502vm laptops always had temperature issues. Even the replaced 502vm had the same issues. So im stuck with a laptop that reaches 98 degrees on the cpu.

Shop owners behaviour is vary bad.they dont have discount offer while I show my student ID. high price too.other shops there are really good and humble behaviour but not this one. He thinks he know everything and have everything in the shop...
