He also mentioned that the order can not be changed.Then I have tried to contact your other brunches who said it can be changed definitely. Then my brother personally went to the shop and requested them But to my surprise they have misbehaved with him( including the manager on duty).After lot of argument they have suggested us to visit after Puja holidays .However, this experience has really shuttered me and my impression about your company has changed. I will definitely think twice before visited Great Eastern again ,as the service I got was not really great.Anyways! I will be highly oblidged if you help me exchange my product.

The place has good variety of electronic appliances. Has different sections for AC, refrigerator, TV and other gadgets. I went to buy AC. Sales representative is quite knowledgeable and showed us AC from different brands with all the information there is to know. There was a lot of discount on each product. Billing process is hassle free. I have got free delivery of the AC on the very next morning. Still waiting for the installation, as it was promised to be done within 2-3 days of the purchase.

Very very bad behaviour of their executive. They never provide online bill. They sell defective products as well.Also, they never provide customer service after selling the product. I have harrassed by them for 1 months and still date the issue is not resolved.

The best time to visit this place is going to be 10am- 9 PM. But you need more time (certainly one whole day) if you want to cover the whole place. Doesnt matter if you want to spend some time with your loved one or spend time with your dearest family members this place is nice for quality products.

I have purchased a Fridge of Haier (Model No.HRF-622KG)from Great Eastern Dalhousie, Kolkata outlet on 15/04/2021 but fridge has been delivered after 12 days fine but Used Fridge with dents and Repacked. I Have informed Mr.Debasish Barik(Sales man) and Mr Soumaya Sarkar(Store Manager) on 28/04/2021,they said that fridge will be replaced within 7 days but till date(18/05/2021) fridge has not been replaced. Debasish Barik not taking phone calls , I have visited to the outlet 4 times because couldn’t communicate over phone and They always doing falls commitment.don’t trust on Sales man Debasish Barik, he is a liar .I have been harassed badly by both guys.Very Bad experience with Great Eastern Retail ,I will never recommend to any people. Be aware they are selling used products.

Hope great eaastern BBD branch one of the customer harrasing showroom in Bengal. Most of the staff are road side vegabond. May be the owner also the same. After several call neighter they are responding over calls for last few days. I will request to all please do not visit this showroom and not to buy anything from this organization.

It is a vey well known consumer durable store.

Went there to buy TV. They have a good variety and models. But they have worse salesman and after sales support. We had a requirement to fit tv in a corner. They argued that the normal wall bracket will work. If it doesnt, they asked us to get our own arrangements. We argued since we are paying so much for smart TV, why cant the installation facilities be included within the price? After showing pictures of room corner, they agreed to send an additional third party full motion bracket with TV which, they promised verbally, that technician from TV company(LG in our case) will install. But on the day of installation, the company representative informed that this bracket is not authentic/suitable w.r.t. LG, so he will be installing the LG provided flat wall mount instead. The company representative said that his supervisor didnt ask him to install third party bracket. We tried calling several times to Great Eastern, they stated that its upto the installation mechanic to install the mount, they cant do anything. After having many calls later(most of which gets disconnected/busy/switched off), they agreed to send their own technician to fit the bracket. But alas! They havent arrived till now, it has been 2 whole weeks. Hence, its my request to prospective buyers, get your installation talks there itself clearly, and if possible, get written proof. Otherwise, they will just delay and later deny/forget any verbal agreements made whatsoever. Also, please get more than two contact numbers from them, because the default ones stated in tax invoice dont work and the one they will provide will be busy most of the time.

We have horrible experience from great eastern dalhousee. We have bought a fridge (company name hier) on14th April this year 2021. At the date of purchase they assured us to deliver the product with in 7 to 8 days, but till we have not got our new fridge from them as today is 2nd May 2021. The stuff debasis barik is constantly telling lie to us. Very bad experience. We should not trust them and we shouldnt buy any product from there.

I had a very bad experience with this store in the year 2005, I had booked a Sony Bravia 29 on 2nd July 2005 to give my sister a surprise gift on her Birthday, her birthday day was on next day so I request ed them to deliver the TV on 3rd July 2005.Though they delivered the TV on next day afternoon, When I reached home at night a special surprise was arranged by Great Eastern for me, The delivery guy who delivered the new TV took my old Videocon TV with Him which was in a very good condition & I didnt opted for an exchange offer.So next day, I went to the shop & told them everything, they accepted their fault & told me to talk to their senior person (I think he was the owner) who was sitting in the cash counter. He requested me got to the godown & take your old TV, So I went to their godown with their executive, When I went to the godown there were many old TVs but mine was not there. So I went to the showroom & told him that my TV is not there, He told me to take Rs. 1500/- as exchange value & settle the issue but when I refused to take the money, he got annoyed & started misbehaving with me.Last thing I request them to take some time to find the TV and give it me, but they never responded.

Just now visited for a Kitchen Chimney..even though the brand we were looking for was not there the sales persons at the Chimney counter did not even bother to show any other brand..they were leisurely standing and talking to each other but did not suggest any other brand..felt disgusted hence left...

Bought a refrigerator in January 2020. No one came to install the fridge. We called the customer care and Great Eastern multiple times. At last, we had to hire private people to install it. 15 days later, fridge started showing issues and we have been trying to contact over the phone, mail, Twitter and what not. But of no use. The issues with the fridge is increasing by the day and we are facing a lot of trouble. Couldnt give a zero rating as there is no option. Still we are facing multiple multiple issues with the product, no one is there to help.

Bought Hitach Ac, this dealer never registered the product sale with company, leading to service lapse. Tried to register on hitachi website, it said no record found. Called up customer care, they said your record not shared by dealer, so we will not be able to help you.Your free service got lapsed, now pay for annual service. Both company and dealer are careless. they expect customer to run after them after buying the product and remind them to service,no accountability, no ownership of servicing needs. One must avoid such dealers and brands.
