Ive been staying here for the past 7 months. Im a student pursuing MBA and never felt like shifting to a new place. My experience says that there is freedom with no privacy. You cant lock your room and go outside. All belongings need to be kept in the cupboard before going somewhere. However there is not a single case of robbery. There is presence of camera adding to safety. Food is provided if one wishes to but the food here is pure veg. Due to religion and family reasons alcohol and non veg foods are forbidden. There is peace and an environment conducive for any student and working individuals.

This area is near sector v. People of this area have the essence of good heart. They Re friendly and accessibility yo shops are till midnight. Nice place to stay near work place..

In sector 5 it is the best place for working officials and student. All facilities are present the best is that you have to go no where for fooding... you will get here easily at minimum cost

Nayapatti area, Salt Lake Pond is more comfortable place for morning walkers. Its a Pleasant place to roaming around. One who is interested in Nature beauties can visit the Pond area.

The name of the place Nayapatti if translate to English could loosely mean New Locality. Certainly this place has become prominant due to its closeness to the major IT hub of West Bengal. A good chunk of IT professionals are staying there in rented apartments. Though it has a water drainage next to it which is not very clean and hygenic and that may cause health hazard. But this will certainly going to improve.

Good place to stay. Do not think to have 5 star hospitality. Okay for casual stay.

This place has good connectivity with Salt Lake and Newtown area. Abundant food joints nearby. Shops selling all articles of daily uses are nearby. The locality is also safe.

Better place to stay. Inside room is also very spacious, Beds and furnitures are very good in condition.

Its a place actually connecting kestopur Mission bazar are to saltlake sector 5 by a bamboo bridge made by locals who charge a small amount for two wheelers and cycle to cross the other side. Noe there is a foot over Bridge also made by the government for people us also in use. This area is like a developed village. Its specially a local market for grocery and vegetables along with fruits abd sweet shops. One can also find fresh fish in the morning time. This are people are enthusiastic, energetic and friendly till the time other person is friendly with them. You can hear loud music till late night here. Alcohol is also available till 2am but one need to pay extra amount.. This all happens illegally here.

The lanes are narrow for two cars. Every shop and good food restaurant is available.

Though previously belongs to Panchayat authority, unparalleled development in Newtown vicinity turned it in a corporation locality. Residencies are not planned.. result in heavily congested township.
