Very unhygienic hospital... I admitted my kid for a surgery. It was monsoon then and the entire staircase of the nursing home was looking like some open railway station... The condition was really messy. Very good Doctors are linked with the nursing home however, the infrastructure is really poor. The nurses are incompetent and unresponsive.Finally, they make the visitors to leave their footware outside during this COVID scenario and then people have to walk on those dirty floors.The treatment charges do not really support the services they offer.If you are under a good Doctor, you do not have to worry about the treatment but the support services are horrible.

Worst service , nurses are adament and rude even they lack knowledge in their own field. Pathetic hospitality. Please try to avoid this Nursing Home. Its my personal experience. Dont ask about doctors....

My 6 years 11 months child has been admitted in this hospital since 19 th May 2021 to 28 th May 2021. Nice behavior of the Nurses, Drs and staffs. Excellent budgeted hospital at Ballygunge.

Very bad experience overall they are running nursing home only to earn money they least care about patients. They charge very heavily and my personal experience is the ac is not working for 3 days and my newborn baby got rashes all over his body due to their negligence. Very bad experience staffs are very pathetic receptionist dont know how to speak with clients and very egoistic. please dont refer. thanks

Repose is among the worst hospitals in Kolkata. Nurses, receptionists, general staffs, manager all of them are pathetic. They always try to frighten the patient and patient party. Never listen to the problem of patient and patient parties. Only good thing is that some good doctors of Kolkata operates here, but cost almost matches with the corporate hospitals in kolkata, but service wise it is the Hell of kolkata.

I had a operation on yesterday for missed abortion on Repose Nursing home. All sisters and all doctors are very cooperative. I am the patient of Dr. S Chatterjee. I was the under of Dr. S Chatterjee. He is the god for me. All service of this nursing home is very good. I am very happy for this. Thanks.

It is advisable one must not go in emergency. It is the place where they always try to put the patients in ICU as the charge of that is high. Everything one has to know from the reception. In most of the cases if patients guardian want to meet the doctor. To some extent the reception try that one can not meet doctor. Many facilities are not there like there is no machinery for ct-scan and more. If patient required to do ct-scan then they take the patient to the nearest place.

Clean, tidy, affordable nursing home. However, document handling for mediclaim is very poor.

Medical ethics is zero unlike others. Medical practice is used in terms of business. Money is withdrawn from patients in the name of medical terms. Nurses are rude. No extra service provided.

One of the worst possible hospitals in entire Kolkata,,management is pathetic,deals with patients and the patient parties as if they are animals. The organization runs with most inefficient staffs.. If someone wishes a quick recovery of the patients,,Repose is not the right place for you,,this organization should be banned by the health department

If you are from a middle class family or a long way to go in the field of medical treatment with minimum to moderate charge, then it is the nursing home.Though it has some lacunas but it is affordable and not a tranching ground like so called nursing homes of Mukundapur area. Today as on 24.10.2018 the charge of general bed with gst in repose is 1350/- where as in nursing homes of Mukundapur area is not less than 4000/- and plus. So, think without emotion and take a proper decision according to your pocket thus you can afford the cost of long term treatment. Be healthy and happy. Suvo Bijoya to all.

The service of the nursing home is poor. Let me write down the pros and cons.Pros: 1) The best thing is they are very good at collecting money. Twice or thrice in a day they will ask you to deposit 5,000 or 10,000.2) Another good thing is if you take your patient to repose with in four to five days youll learn how to get the things done by shouting and squalling. Your BP might get high but in long run this experience will help you a lot.EG: Suppose you have taken your family to Arsalan restaurant and order for a biriyani. And they have taken advance for your meal. After an hour waiting, you went to reception , shouting about their service finally they served it and you found there is no chicken piece in it. You called the waiter and asked where is the chicken. Now if the reply came , start eating itll come shortly, we are very busy.There are so many customers. Then what would be your reaction? Similarly in repose you paid for there all services but you have to keep your patience and hope that Ill get my service, there is no worry.Cons : 1) Apart from the AC in the room nothing were working properly, even the TV. When I said TV wasnt working, I got reply this is a nursing home, not a hotel. But in the booking time they presented the room just like a deluxe room of a three star hotel.2) There are no words like Please, Kindly, Sir, Mam, hygine, in their dictionary. Dont ever expect these words from them.3) In billing desk when you get final discharge you wont get total bill. Its your responsibility to investigate all the departments like medicine, pathology, etc if there are any dues from your side and collect NOC. itll take two and half hours to get the things done. Ive personally informed them at 9:00 Am, Ill take my patient at 10:30 please make all the bills. Finally I could take her at 1:00 PM after all the investigation.Now, I cant type any more getting late for office. My rating would be 1.5*/5.

Repose clinic is a good nursinghome located near Baliganj Fari area. Clean and have all the facilities. Staff are competent. It is small but good place for all treatment and surgeries performed by visiting specialities. They have resident doctor and nursing staff to take care of excigencies. This will be a good choice if you are looking for a moderate budget nursinghome in Kolkata.

Terrible place. Cant even call it a last resort. The doctors are singularly inefficient; the nursing is horrible; diagnosis and treatment are hopeless.

May be everything alright but if a joint of waste pipe remain open in front of cash counter as well as entrance of the building than it should not be adjustable if there is motive of caring of patient or human being
