One of the worst hospitals. They dont have facilities, they dont have expertise, neither good doctors. This hospital management is basically money leechers. They just keep the patient without treatment for days. Please dont go for this hospital guys. We lost our father due to their mistreatment. I request the Government to shut down this hospital so that any other life doesnt go untreated or mistreated.. ... They are basically cheaters.... They cheat with their software... Which give incorrect calculation.. If the person is not giving through check they will be losing their hard earned money

Doctors job is find the disease and provide medication. Now whether the given medication is being given to the patient in timely manner with all humanity and positive attitude is the duty of a nursing home. And Nabajiban Hospital did full justice to this during my stay in last week April to first week of May 2021. Its no less than any other corporate hospital in terms of care. Also financially, their are much cheaper than surrounding hospitals in our town. I Strongly recommend this hospital

Admitted the patient due to serious post COVID symptoms with other critical medical conditions. The patient was under Dr. D Chatterjee. I am really impressed with the service and care provided by the hospital. Hospital authority is active, listening and reachable. This hospital shows importance to the patient family and intimates you on each step they are intending to. I found that the medical claim department is especially proactive and they provide details of every expense they have done with clear explanation. Most of the doctors are really good and junior doctors are also quite easy and active.They dont have everything in the house but I have no doubt in mentioning that they provide lots of care, very good medical consultation, adequate monitoring and nursing, just enough cleaning and hygiene .... with a *transparent billing* policy.Recommended.

I was hospitalized there in last week of April 2021 with Covid Pheumonia. I was there for 8 days and I came out with blooming colours. The doctors, nurses, medical assistants all are very helpful with full of humanity. Its not just the medicine, but their support made me came out from hospital with sound health condition. The bill for these 8 days were also very minimal compare to the surrounding nursing homes. Overall, a nice satisfying experience. I strongly recommend this hospital.

A very well-maintained and well-disciplined nursing home. Enough beds are there along with cabin facility. But general beds are quite good and very reasonable. The nurses, other staffs and specially the metron of this hospital have been so much helpful in my case. The owner of this nursing home is very much helpful too. During this COVID-19 condition this hospital have maintained all the regulations and that is very much to commemorate. I will definitely refer this hospital. Doctors from Medical College are heart of this hospital along with OPD and ECG & other testing facilities at ease.

Naba-Jiban, Why new because they can never cure your old life. A private nursing home charging 5 star fees whose ICU is more scrambled than any govt. hospital. Most of the nurses are under educated, Management feels that they are doing the best in class, though they are thief who even kept my bath soap, cotton etc., same as a petty thief will do.

Worst stuff, they didnt hear anything, my mom had artificial knees, so during shifting from ambulance to bed or vice versa they were very careless, not only that they hurt the patient badly though the patient party repeatedly said that she had a problem with her knees. They didnt listen to the patient, they ignored her problem and treat her like animal. My mothers age is 77.For emergency it is ok, but after that must shift ur patient as early as possible.

The worst hospital you can ever trust anyone with. My grandfather who was admitted for a minor infection was conned by the hospital staff so badly that he is now on his deathbed. All this in a matter of just 15 days. And before this minor infection showed up in my grandfathers body, he was a man who had never suffered even a minor health issue ever in his life, forget being in a hospital. From The doctors to the staff, they all prescribed different tests and medicines that changed with every specialist doctor, and in just 15 days of this grand money minting scheme of theirs my grandfathers life was sucked out of his body by these very people. The doctors all referred my grandfather to some or the other doctor who was in some big influential hospital just so that they could earn their share of commission from them. And when we refused to do any of that, they gave us dire warnings that he wouldnt survive for more than 12 hours. Its been 48 hours now that we have shifted him from the hospital to our home in an ICU unit and he is still atleast breathing peacefully. Even the doctors treating him at home and the health care center who have undertaken the responsibility of providing home care facility has said that the doctors and the hospital have treated him completely wrong for their own selfish reasons. If they hadnt interfered so much, he would still only have to undergo a minor surgery and he would be healed in no time, without any adverse effects. Shivers run down my spine only thinking about how if one hospital and a bunch of doctors are killing people for their own profits, what are the hospitals around the world doing with unsuspecting patients. I hope people who have faced similar situations do come forward and connect with me so that we can do something about this horrific crime. I might just lose my grandfather to these criminals and murderers, but I hope we can give someone elses family a reason to belive and put their faith in.

If it isnt for the Medi-claims, this is the last place you want to get admitted. A house turned hospital with too much gossips and less service from the Mashiz and Aayas. If youre a visitor, the picture will vary from the picture described by the patients. Maximum available doctors claims their patient to be psycologically sick if he/she is admitted for more than a day. The Nurses hardly respond to your calls. Before getting in and admitted, please MARK and make sure to throw out the word HYGIENE form your dictionary. People with a sweet tongue will feel like cutting it off while having food.
