Very good corporate hospital at nager bazaar, kolkata.Most of the doctors and staff members are young and energetic. They are well behaved. Regarding charges they are very transperent. You will get written quotation with all details break up for laparoscopy or any other operations for your approval. This professional approach is much better than verbal package offered by many others.The area is very narrow. But you will manage parking your car below the flyover at ₹20/hour parking fees.Inside the hospital the ambience is very neat and clean. Enough space for waiting patients in OPD.

My parents got their COVID 19 vaccine from here. Cost was ₹ 780 per person. The entire process took around 2.5 hours. There was a long queue at the entry point but the registration, billing and vaccination process were frustration free. The premises is not very spacious due to which there was no physical distancing maintained at this hospital. Maybe they could have less people in each of the time slots to avoid this issue. And more time slots to cater to the large number of population. But overall this was a decent experience.

Ive taken both the dose of covid19 vaccine from ILS Dum Dum, nice arrangement, hassle free. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.

This was about pre covid.. my father (diabetic) had got fever for a few days, we didnt understand the reason and we admitted him here under Dr. Pinaki De.. to cut the story short, he was admitted for 2 weeks, had done hundreds of tests and still the doctors apparently couldnt figure out the reason for my fathers fever.. in the end, they constructed a medical board to figure out the problem and told me that it could even be cancer. I smelled something fishy, my bill was over 2.5 lakes for fever and no other diagnosis. I checked hum out of the hospital and took him to Bangalore for treatment (Manipal Hoapital).. Dr. Pinaki De from ILS refused to talk to the manipal hospital doctor or give him any brief or summary about my father, disconnected the call multiple times. In the end it turns out my father had pnuemonia, and was later cured in 15 days with the treatment he received in Bangalore.Overall this hospital and this doctor are con artists and scammers.. never take ur loved ones here..

I had the oppurtunity to take my covid vaccine from ILS hospital, near nager bajar flyover in dumdum area of kolkata. The crowd management is good. The token system was well managed. Over all a neat and clean drive. The staffs were amicable and let me take selfies during vaccination.

Recently, my father was admitted to ILS Dumdum for his COVID-19 treatment. Naturally, we were very scared but the behaviour of the stuff and facilities made me feel at ease. Per day cost is also affordable, highly maintained and clean. All the stuff are well connected, of gentle behaviour and the admission desk is also very very helpful and technologically advanced. The location is also very much convenient. I am glad I chose ILSD.

The worst in West Bengal.The staff have a lackadaisical attitude.Most of the doctors are least concerned about the patients, and more interested in making money, with an utmost commercial minded tendency while treating patients.The management is the most worthless, as their attitude and behaviour to the patients relatives and family members is immensely rude and dominating.

Most of the staffs do not understand Bengali. Nurses dont care. Doctors are good.Administration is totally money obsessed and typical bania in nature.They impose Marwari and Gujrati culture and food habits on patients by serving north indian vegetarian food.Only in West Bengal they can be so uncaring about local customs and food habit not in other states.Hidden charges are rampant. Pathetic hospital.admit at your own risk.

We have very bad experience in the ILS hospital. We have admitted our father under guidance of Moumita Bagchi, neuromedicine after my father got mild stroke and unable to move.Initially she told very good, and asked my father to admit for 3-4 days as she was suspecting sodium level decrease. Later when we received bill from hospital after two days only.. It was 1 lakh for general bed and all the pathological report has been done twice in a day which all are double priced than other pathology and that diagnosis is not required at all. We have forced dr to discharge as she is helping hospital to make money from patients. We have also consulted another dr Who told that all pathological reports are not required.

I am fully satisfy about ils dumdum service.

My mother got discharged yesterday after 10 days of stay in ILS Dumdum. She was Covid positive.When we admitted her in hospital, she was on continuous Oxygen support and within 2 days, she was able to breathe without any support.Doctor and nurses are very much co-operative and specially the staffs and management part is really appreciable. We used to get calls on time and other info about the patient properly.Billing is also reasonable and not much expensive.I would rather say, this hospital has built-up a confidence in me that if a patient is admitted here on time, he/she would get a life back for sure!Big thumbs up for this hospital.

The worst hospital who acknowledges nothing but money. Doctors count patients , if more number then they come otherwise dont and make the few patients who arrives wait and waste time. Moreover, when my patient was admitted he was given sweets though he was a diabetic patient. In just 3 days a bill of 1lakh 20 thousand was made. Only tests were done and nothing else. From guards to doctors behaviour is not at all good. After all these my patient has not yet recovered . Astonishingly no proper diagnosis was done.

We went yesterday to ILS Hospital for second dose of Covishield.. As we experienced that all the stuffs of ILS are very much cooperative with all the vaccine receivers and the Arrangements are totally hassel free. Rating for Covid Vaccination - It went like a breeze.A simple and very swift process for vaccination.It took me barely 10mins since I entered the hospital and my vaccination was done.Kudos to the team for managing it effectively.Pro Tip: For swift vaccination go in the early hours before 11AM and you should receive your vaccine in first 10mins

Good hospital. Very good staff. Only downside - Veg food.We took Cabin , which also allows one person to stay along with the patient. Very good rooms.

Worst treatment! Made a bill of Rs. 1.2 lakhs in just 3-4 days without doing anything. We had to take our patient again to another hospital as our patient fell ill within 2-3 days after getting discharged. Moreover, they dont even monitor the patients whereabouts. Same breakfast is given to all the patients. Our patient was given sweets for breakfast despite knowing that he has blood sugar.

Recently it started working like this. Getting connected to OPD is a pain. After repeated calling they dont pick the call. Next when u directly go to meet the doctor they questions y havent you taken an appointment. You cant connect to your ur doctor even if its a query,they directly tell u doctor will not take call which means u to need to pay Rs 1000 or whatever amount(fees) even if you have query when u have already met him before.

Plenty of options for various doctors, staffs are well mannered and got prompt response whenever I needed.

On 4th of July as my aunt got seriously ill with oxygen saturation of 80, we rushed to ILS Dumdum Road, much to our pleasant surprise, the admission process was just hassle free and within a minute the treatment started... The medical staffs were really very soft spoken and detailed oriented about explaining the complications and health of the patient. Yesterday i got vaccinated, n now as today i had to take mom n dad for vaccination. In ILS hospital they didn’t allow people to enter d hospital, they are making people wait out under d sun straight away under 38 degree to collect d token.Felt so bad for all the handicapped un well Sr citizens. Some went back home seeing such horrible management, some got sick coz of unbearable heat of sun n my parents were among them. Though I somehow managed to make my parents enter n I instead waited for more than an hour under d sun to collect the token, on top of that I wasn’t that fit enough to bear such heat after vaccination that too a day before.Came back home with headache, fever n what not. Worthless paying Rs850 to such hospital for vaccine.However m happy that at least my parents didn’t have to go through this sh*t procedure. When i took vaccine from Suraksha, things went pretty smooth n fine. Suraksha beautifully managed everything.So called big hospital with pathetic management n gross attitude.

I have worst experience with this hospital. They reach my mom towards death. but it is our good decision to shift her in a nursing home with lower infrastructure and she survived.ILS, Nager bazar, only suck money from the patient party as client. they give no value to her patient. The bill amount they claimed each day, is out of imagination. My review is big zero for this hospital.

Admitted my wife for laparoscopic cholecystectomy under Dr Tapan Mukherjee. There was a 19mm calculus at the neck of the gall bladder at the bile duct junction... The surgery was thus challenging compared to most other gall bladder surgeries but all went well thanks to Dr Mukherjees vast experience in this field.The staffs in the hospital were also very helpful, special mention to Sudipto of OT who helped to get everything done in a hassle free manner.

Good place for rich person. If you have the money it is good for you the reason is that it is a private nurshing home and it is not affordable for poor people. So if you want to admit there you must have enough money.

The hospital is a pioneer in Laparoscopic surgeries in eastern India.Dr. Devraj Roy is a very good doctor and surgeon. He is patient enough to answer my numerous questions that I asked him for long span of time pre and post surgeries. He was very straight forward and told my conditions and advantages vs disadvantages of the procedures without any sugar coating - completely honest. He told me the risks associated and in what situations I may need a open surgery which by the never was done on me. I had a normal Laparoscopic surgery only. At the same time, he did not try to scare me with unnecessary tests and lot of scary talks to force me into a lot of unnecessary pre-surgery procedures in the name of for your safety tests. I have faced this in other hospitals where very experienced and even hugely qualified (even foreign returned) doctors have told me to do unnecessary and very costly tests that would have had very bad effect on my internal organs.Post-Surgery also he is still supporting me for my numerous questions and discomfort. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor in or current times where patients are just a cash cow.By the way he also does not waste too much of time unnecessarily and is very straight forward.The ILS Hospital staff is also very good. I was under a mediclaim policy - so my processes were very smooth from the Hospital side. I was well taken care by Nursing team, Operation team and other teams. Every staff from janitor to the personal nursing to the Meal for patients team was extremely courteous.For people without a mediclaim policy - I will not be able to comment but they have a operations team for negotiations.The Hospital is very clean. The testing facilities may need some ramp up for departments like Echo cardiography, etc. but overall, they are very good and courteous.I am satisfied with the service and all the help. Please be aware that this may not be considered a 5 start facility like other bigger hospitals with bigger names in terms of looks and staff - so monied people may not find it very apt but this hospital is very good, clean and gives ample great support and service if you appreciate an honestly good care. I am myself a middle-class person who could have gone to a bigger hospital in the city because I was under a very good mediclaim policy but on visiting a few hospitals and their doctors I felt ILS was best due to their straightforward talks - especially Dr. Devraj Roy.

My husband was admitted to ils dumdum and he was suffering from pancreatitis and was covid positive as well but the whole team.of ils took good care and i m.pretty satisfied with there service

What ever be the satisfaction level in the treatment section for the patients (as I am not a patient and appear there with my father for OPD check up) but I like the facilities, architecture, infrastructure etc which are next level good over government hospital 🤗😁.

My sister has been admitted in this hospital for covid care and they have been working in such a salacious manner, 1) we are asking for reports but the reports provided are her blood work and not the scans, where as she is getting a scan every 2/3 days. The moment we ask for the scan we are provided with the old reports and not the recent ones which show negligible lung involvement 2) Despite of the government protocol the hospital instead of obtaining stock from the stockists, forced us to get Remdisiver and refused to give a hospital prescription where it showed the patient was admitted there. 3) we are being charged for a dietician apparently Coz diet is the most important aspect of covid care and despite that my sister is getting served raw papaya vegetable and rice twice a day instead of a high protein diet .4) The moment we request for a discharge we are told she has damaged her lungs and still needs time while she herself is recovering good and without oxygen support!I would urge all of you who is looking at this hospital to think twice before you go for it.

It is very difficult to stay in the ITU for such a long duration of time, more than physical treatment, one requires mental support, encouragement & comfort. But the entire team of doctors in ITU including the nursing team there provided me immense mental support and made me feel comfortable.It is often said People make the difference. For sure, the people at ILS Hospital , Dum Dum made all the difference and I leave this hospital with very pleasant memories of my successful treatment at your hopsital. Very poor handling of Covid 2nd doses. No communication to patients who took 1st dose. Varied communications being passed on to the public. No one picks the call. Other hospitals have atleast been communicating to ones who took 1st dose to guide and manage. ILS dumdum is just harrassing people who require 2nd dose

My Brother and Nephew both was admitted in Ils Hospital Dumdum branch under Dr. Pratim Sengupta. I have experienced excellence service for each and every person of this organization. Worst hospital in terms of treatment and cost, they charges unnecessarily and totally treated with wrong care and patient was put into ventilation, also they denied about the files that patient party has given regarding past history.I would recommend not to go there strictly.

Recently my father got detected by covid 19 positive. One of my fathers friends suggested me to take him to ILS dumdum. I was having my own doubts about the hospital because I dont stay in Kolkata. I usually do not share review to any public forum, but today I felt to do it. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Parthapratim Banerjee for his immense patience. I cant thank him enough though but still wanted to try. So you all know that current condition is so scary that we all need help. I called up ILS hospital service number, there I came across with the wonder person named Prathapratim Banerjee, I asked him a hell lot questions and I think I have called him almost 3 times, due to my son is covid positive. Being a father my tension was justified but Mr. Banerjees help was amazing he heard my queries like a family member, have me all the information what exactly I wanted. I must thank the organisation who keeps such people in healthcare, so that we the lay man can survive without a blink. Thank you so much for everything.

Recently admitted my mother under the supervision of DR K.S Podder. Really happy with the way she was taken care of by the nurses and doctors. The hospitality and service was so good that my mother keeps talking of that. She had a minor CAD and angioplasty was done successfully. ThankYou ILS dumdum.

Hope nobody should have to visit hospital in their lifetime.But we humans are machine so sometime repairing of machine is also required to run properly.ILS MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL NAGERBAZAR is a place for all types of solutions.very qualified doctors,nurses and staffs are there.Everything is so well organized.staffs are very friendly.room cleaned 3 to 4 times in a day.food quality is very good for patients as prescribed by nutritionist and is always on time.

Certainly their service has been improved drastically. First to mention the quality of the food they provide. The patient, my wife, who is very picky on the food quality and taste, is very satisfied with food which was never a brownie point to ILS. All the doctors, medical stuff, nurses are very kind, cooperative and simpathetic towards the patient. It was really a pleasent stay.
