JN ray hospital stands for Jitendra Narayan Ray sishu seva bhawan hospital for maternity and other emergency with facilities like icu, dialysis,ot, pharmacy.

The king of hidden charges..... They charge extra rs 80 for oxygen which is unethical which is a legal matter... Medicine bill charged separately, dialysis bill charged separately.... Bed charges here mean nothing there will be a ton of bill for 5/6 days stay.Nurses and Receptionist are extra rude.Cleanliness and hygiene a big zero.Dr S Kumar is very good.

Lost my sister on 15.04.2021, it was just like a hell, she got admitted under Dr sanjeev kumar Singh Dr was very rude to us, the management staff are also very rough at their attitude, pls dont admit ur loved one in such a worst hospital,she was in hell condition in day to day in hospital bed ,we never spoke to her as she was in ventilation

It was the worst experience ever ! I lost my aunty on 15.04.2021 ! The management of this hospital is worse than ever. The head of the management Mr.sajol Ghosh was so rude that he didnt even communicate with us ! dont go for this hospital .

Lack of services and management.Staffs are not properly trained.

Lost my father due to their negligencey.......this place is still a nightmare to me.....he suffered like hell......I still wonder how my fathers physician recommended this place to his longtime patient in his most critical time.....may they never get the mercy of God...

WORST services ,Fistly in OPD raised a ticket at 9:30 , on 14-12-2020 Monday with status 2nd for Doctor SANJEEV KUMAR ( MEDICINE) , Doctors will come at 12 :30 pm , whereas he appears ar 1:20 pm as per Indian Standard time , but unfortunately no Sl numbers are followed and those patients are known to the ATTENDANT only they entered first , and else left for suffer , please check such SERVICES, or else anything can be happened any day..........

Most mismanaged Hospital....They make patients wait for long hours and when u enquire about any query they shout and behave rude with patient and patient party..And today I visit Dr Arati Ghosh gynaecologist she is the most ill mannered, imprudent,Ill behaved doctor who talk very rudely with patient when I asked about my blood pressure measurement she said the details are given to doctor not to the patient as its not related with the knowledge of patient..most misbehaved doctor where we pay for services not render anything free service

Disgusting behavior by Sajal Bose, he claims to e the CEO of the hospital who is receiving calls sitting at desk and does not know how to speak to patients. I called him for an urgent home quarantine service and the way he behaved, we do not show that behavior to the filthiest of the people, and mine was a patient infected with Covid 19. Shame on you, Sajal!

The dialysis unit is very good and affordable helpful

Very poor technician in dialysis unit. Injected pankillers to an ongoing dialysis patient without permission of doctor or family. Very dirty floors and poor infrastructure.
