Great place and management. So near from my locality. I went here to get vaccination because of animal bite. Great place as well as so quick.

Ward staff and reception staff their behaviour is so poor and biggest problem is that when youll admit your patients they doesnt allow any phn and they have also no any contact number to take any information for you patients the ward staff told me plz come and ask us that how is patients but call us because we r very busy we do not received your phn..very ridiculous staff and also education less.

Staff is very bad, they didnt allow me to take vaccine just because I am not from Bengal. As I am an Indian I can take vaccine anywhere in India but they didnt allowed me .

The service of the hospital is very bad . The doctors are very rude and irresponsible. The staff is very reluctant. My family member was admitted there she was totally neglected and the surgeon comes according to their own wish . The covid test was taken and receipt was given of 950 but was charged 1300 without any receipt. The surgeon himself told to change the hospital as the services were not good. Overly charged and rude staff . Our honorable chief minister should take strict action against these muncipal hospitals .

Dr. Anil Baran Sarkar particularly is very worst in this business. Pls dont get admit under him otherwise DEATH CONFIRMATION. Will take action against him. Totally fake doctor and his worst treatment.

This the cheapest hospital in birati but having all kinds of facilities the doctors are very good and efficient and the stuffs are also helpfull. I loved this place and recommended to everyone

The doctors are not responsible here, the patients are not treated properly and they does not need to inform the patients family , and patients are always neglected
