Nice people, new place, service time is average they will take a hour or 2 to repair or replacement but they provide you the product in very same day.

I have got first time SMPS (Micro power supply) the reception staff very bad behaviour with the very bad experience with zebronics customer care.

Worst experience. Stood in the line for 2 hrs after 10 people. On the counter they kept me waiting for another 20 min. Then someone on repeated follow up said, that they cant do the service for the speaker system which I was carrying. Pathetic.

At Lenin sarani..opposite of state bank of india...ground floor...on road...you can locate easily...transportation available They are given services very fast and fair...all the staff are polite and trained...They sorted the actual problem and solved it very fast...thanks to Zeb care team.....👌👌👌

My speaker had a problem of power suppling...when it delivered the power problem had solved but one speaker has no sound...they delivered my speaker yesterday...

They are providing same day servicing for minor issue and take more than one day for major issue.

Services are good but very slow

Small space for customers, same area for receipt and delivery of goods. Maintenance service is good but time taken in solving problems is long. Just beside road, parking space available.

Went there for some issues in Zebronics BT4440 which is in warranty period. They instantly replaced all the faulty parts without asking any question. Fully satisfied with all the people associated.😊

Service is good. But lacks in providing comfort to customer as one needs to find a lot to get into there. And After going there, need to stand long time waiting. No accommodation even for sitting.

Too much time consuming process time is very slow

Very Poor service .No one is there to listen you properly. Need to wait more than usual time to submit your faulty gadgets.

No seating arrangement for customer. Takes long time for service. Serviced with low quality spare, so problems arige again & again.

Too much crowded with customer, no space for stand or sit down with you and no one maintain queue . Thats quarrel each other among others and service centre still silent.But services is too good for all.

I have visited twice to this place regarding an issue of a computer motherboard problem within the warranty period. I am satisfied in the product service as they provide me a same motherboard within ten minutes. Thanks to Zebcare and to the staffs who provided me such an excellent service.

Facalty is not dat good but due to huge pressure this kind of behave is quoet natural. So ignore it and regarding service they really provide good service. So be cool not a fool..

I lots my SMPS bill but its was in warranty so I call them and they ask me to visit there they say the serial number in the product label is enough and I wote problem about my product on the official Zebronics site within two hours they call me and ask me to get it replaced then I visit the service centre and they replaced my product within 5min Im very happy with there service

The service is quick. I repaired my SMPS with hand to hand delivery.

This is the service centre of Zebronics. Situated beside the Kamalalay building, in 2nd floor of a building which has indian bank office on the ground floor at the front. Executives are helpful, and competent to resolve most of the common faults in the mother boards, speakers, monitors and other Zebronics products. But a severe fault may not be resolved on spot. In those cases they take almost a weeks window to get it repaired from their headquarter in Chennai. Overall its fine.
