Had taken physiotherapy service at Kolkata in 2018. They sent a capable, well behaved lady physiotherapist Dipanwita. Solved (mostly)my chronic shoulder pain in about 10 sitting s. Will take her service s again when I am back to Kolkata. But I didnt like all the physiotherapists calling themselves as Doctor. Coordination by call centre & her supervisor was good too. Will recommend this particular lady physiotherapist and Portea Kolkata in general for their structured approach towards patient treatment w. r. t local individual physiotherapist s who often take unsuspecting patients for a ride via their non standardized treatment s.

Good and Affordable Service , using for my Blood tests for the past 4 years and very convenient ...

Horrible experience. Out of 2 blood tests, which were co-related to draw inference for a clinical diagnosis, one was done and after much pursuation and dilly-dallying, and finally acknowledging the fault by the customer care, time was set to collect sample afresh. Whatever unbelievable be it, the phlebotomist failed to keep the appointment without intimation, when contacted afterwards, behaved like a typical auto wala of kolkata, constraining me to resort to consumers forum.

If possible I will give Portea lab test services 0 star.Too slow reporting ... Your patient will die but representative continuously says give us some time we will do ASAP ... But u will get nothing even after 48 hours... I m suffering alreadyNo mails, no calls & no complaints bother Portea.Very much disappointed.

Physiotherapy service at by portea was helpful and recovered from my health issue.

The experience has been really bad and upsetting with Portea. They provided a 24 hour nursing attendant for my aged father who is bed ridden and needs round the clock monitoring after coming back from hospital, with different complications along with kidney failure.The attendant was rude towards my father in several occasions, goofed up with medicines, had issue with personal hygiene and kept throwing tantrums regarding disliking towards Bengali food that was provided to her and most of the time was busy talking over phone.Despite reporting this in the first 2 weeks to the person in-charge Ms Alivia, she didnt bothered to come for inspection or change the attendant. She was interested on collecting the payment only.After repeated complain and expressing I intend to stop taking the service of Portea, one sudden weekday afternoon, one of Portea representative informed without any prior appointment that they were nearby so wanted to drop in for inspection. Which was obviously not possible as eveyone has job and work to do and is not waiting for surprise visits from Portea. I clearly expressed them that by next week from particular day (which was 5 days exactly from then) I will be discontinuing their service, since they didnt care to change the staff in last so many days, so no more inspection etc are needed but I will work out with the current attendant for 5 days as I got no choice at all.As a result of this, to my utter dismay the attendant told the very evening that since I have complained she will be not working from the next day itself. I told her very clearly that as par the situation and talks with Portea she will be here till next 5 days and then can take leave as I will have another attendant join. But next day itself Ms Alivia informed that within 2 days the attendant will be going for leave so I should arrange before that and despite explaining the situation that its a condition of a patient with critical condition and since they have left me with no choice they should at least keep the attendant for 2 more days they completely denied as they said the attendant was going for leave and I should clear their payment last few days payment ASAP. And this time very unlikely to their service commitment Portea kept their word and without any consideration to the patient and situation withdrew the service before the time I requested them.Moreover, before leaving, the attendant let me know that she was not going for leave its another duty they are placing her from the same day and since I wont continue and complained so she has been immediately placed to some place else ...Portea customer support had been deaf to my complaints also, all they had to say was clear payment of last 4 days payment ASAP.I am surprised, how such inconsiderate, inhuman, uncompassionate and only commercial behavior can be of an organization who are branding themselves for best elderly patient care...I am writing this so that other families and their elders who are in need of care doesnt suffer the way my family suffered in the hands of Portea.

Extremely bad experience. My father is a cancer patient who cannot even speak properly. We have been harassed in such a way that cannot be explained. Everyday a new nurse come with zero experience. And they call these 18 years old nurse as trained . Moreover they absolutely donot communicate properly but are very prompt in coming home and taking money. I believe normal ayas are better than their so called trained nurses. They do not have sufficient manpower strength and are completely incompetent and poor in handling serious patients. They can only give hoardings and banners in the city but no quality services.Shame on you Portea! Stop misguiding helpless people . Shut down immediately.Absolutely incompetent.

Had very bad experience.Got my test report after waiting for 4 days.. still waiting to receive my hard copy for which they have already taken money and their call support staff says now its not even updated in their system.Total waste of money and time.

I Have availed physiotherapist services 7 days session, pain got reduced for my mother, Portea provide world class services.

This hospital is better service and best stap ,,24 hour near by doctar and sisters visit

Pretty decent experience so far. I have been using them for over a month for nursing care for my mother and aside from a couple of hiccups, things are going well.
