Everything is fine except some staff is giving used disposable gown which I found not OK in this pandemic situation. You have to be very cautious about that.

Unskilled staff. The guy who gave me s hair cut had no idea of what a bob blunt is. My bangs are gone. I kept on guiding him how it looks longer in the front and deeper towards the back. Instead I ended up getting a horrific deep short blunt that makes me look like an almost hair less school boy. Deeply disappointed. To top it he was all smile to tell me oh yes I have cut it a little too short! Wont recommend to anyone. Request Jawed Habib Franchisee Management team to look into the quality and skill of the staff. For, it is not only the individual I left a terrible impression with but also the brand itself for not being cautious enough about its quality control.

Poor quality, better visit HairXpreso, bangur. They are good. Any haircut 150/- rs.

Service has deteriorated considerably. I went for a haircut, they did not pay attention to my requirements and I dont know why they did just the opposite of what I had asked. Unskilled staff. I would give them a 0 out of 10. Other small parlours in this area are way better.

I dont think they have trained professional. Guy spoiled my beard amd hair both. I gave him a simple requirement of cutting my hair by maintaining the side parting (which was already done two weeks ago from some other salon) that I already had. He made a mess with my hair. After I took bath I realize that some area of the front part of the head have longer hair which is not even matching with the other part of my head. This guy made my beard look horrible as well. Just useless.

I went there for haircut. They had cut my hair really well and the staffs are quite friendly also. Moreover it is a good place for haircut and styling

I was there for the first time & last as well, guy who gave me hair cut has the least knowledge and skill set, or may be he had the bad day with a tough customer. Basically I asked him couple of silly questions and his reply was like why did you come here...kaha kaha se aa jate hain exactly same thing he said when I was about to leave. I heard him perfectly . The price was also seemed like I am not in Kolkata.. Rs.354 for a simple hair cur, could have done the same outside MAX to MAX 100. Requesting to Mr HABIB, dont know who is HABIB over there, tell your guy to change the atti, behavior or they might change you.

What you need to know-1. Found the staff here to be average in terms of skills2. Friendly people3. They Upsell too much.

Staff is only interested in squeezing money from your pocket. They dont understand the difference between upselling and suggestive selling

Continuous and excessive up-selling... Offensive behaviour of the staff...
