It was pretty nice and the behaviour of the staff is good and they take proper care of you . Almost all types of hair care and treatment options are available .Overall, its 10/10.

Nice. Not very much impressive, maybe because I was with one of the member, who doesnt understand Hindi. But the final service provided is good, no complaints at all. The prices are pocket friendly for the services provided, so, can be considered for visit.

Hello Readers,Sharing my personal experience with the above mentioned place,Just because of prime location i.e., Axis Mall they are been able to run the business without liability.Only Cons:1. Not for Professional Users2. No Time Sense3. Lack of Communication4. No proficiency of perfection in Outcome5. Decorum is Unwillingness6. Client Prepping is way more low than profile advertised7. Staff concentrate on selling more instead of completing the given task by customer8. Waits customer unnecessarily👉🏻 Most of their customer has no choice just to avail service from them due to low price list around by loosing satisfaction

I have been coming to this salon for almost 2 years. This is the cheapest place to get a haircut inside the mall. While two of the hair stylists are actually good, the rest of them are pretty average. The staff as a whole doesnt seem to have any training on how to behave with customers. The receptionists behaviour is a bit disrespectful and somewhat provocative, as is that of one of their male hair stylist. These two people are the only reason I dont like coming here and generally dont recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I actually bother to come here is because, as of now, this is one of the few options available for a good haircut in my locality.

It was the best in this area but the service quality has down as they change the staffs very frequently.

Friends I have been there, they are simply looting.Place is so dirty and Barber was also looking some novice type, they dont ask customer and do work as per them.Simply avoid being in a prime location not expected.

Worst Service... bad and rude staff... I called up and took prior appointment for a hairspa with the nearbuy cupon.... when i reached they told me that they will not do it on a sunday ..To top it all the hair specialist started touching my hair and saying u have dandruf... i dont..And started to tell me that i need other treatments which obviously cost 4-5kWhat was the point in taking a prior appointment when they just refused me on my face when i reached the salon...Ill mannered staff and bad enviornment...Will never visit again !

The worst experience I had here. It seems they hire part time maids as hair stylists who have experience in hair cutting and lack in manners and etiquette. I was assigned someone called Riya who refused to listen to me and before I could tell her the style I wanted she just took a strand and cut it short and when I objected she made faces still I kept my calm. I told her to cut 1 to 2 inches in length she cut more then six inches and when I objected she pushed me thrice with her hands and staterd showing tantrums. The parlour kept quiet and looked at her without telling her anything. I shouted at them but to nowailand charged me 500 for a rotten hair cut.I will never recommend this horrible salon to anyone. Worst experience of my life. Untrained ppl ate appointed as professionals who are rather maids ☹️☹️☹️

Very unprofessional.Visited thrice since last two weeks for service.Two times the staff wasted time discussing .. you do it.. you do it.. and then said .. not possible today..Thrid time their staff who was free walked out, and then they said to wait till the other one who was busy is free. If not willing to work.. what is the point of keeping the salon open.

They are very money minded. I went for normal facial but the beautician ask me to take the special facial and said that my skin needs that. But that special facial (of course much costly one) ruined my face.My face becomes so dry n starts peeling.Please dont waste your money and time there.

Some of the staffs/management are very rude. If you buy nearbuy coupons and go there they will not gonna give you proper treatment.

I had gone to this salon for hair colour.. I had chosen dark brown shade but they coloured my hair golden...its looking so odd.. M not able to go out of my house because of this colour. Golden is the only colour that they have in their salon. Both the hair dressers have coloured their hair golden n they colour customers har golden even if the customer selects dark brown which is a subtle and more decent colour. I have wasted my 5000 rs and more importantly my hair looks horrible now.. .Secondly its the only salon in the world where they donot condition ur hair after shampooing it coz of lack of time as the hair dresser has another appointment though I had booked the appointment well in advance... I am extremely unhappy with their service n would not recommend this parlour to any one.. If u want to spoil ur hair n looks then go to this salon

They took 295 for a very average hair cut. 45 rupees was taken as GST. It was written 149 for hair cut. I was not in a mood to fight so gave away the money. Very bad experience and cheap gesture by the staffs.

The worst service I ever had. I wanna do clean up, but the beautician wanted me to do facial which is 3500rs, when I say to do normal clean up she finished it with in ten minutes.... Very rude people and money minded... Pls dont go to this parlour.. For that ten minutes clean up they charged me 700rs, they did nothing in the clean up...
