Worst experience ever.Let me explain howI booked this hotel with a lot of expectations as it was at prime location with spacious rooms as seen by the photos but ,1.Worst room service and arrogant and rude receptionist.He was totally impolite and least interested in customers comfort.2. Rooms especially washrooms,bedsheets were so dirty and noone to look after even after several complaints.3. I requested the receptionist who was also the caretaker for an extra blanket as I was feeling unwell but he completely refused and didnt bother to help even for the sake of humanity.After this incident I felt so insulted.4.I booked this with complimentary breakfast package but to my surprise no decent breakfast was provided.They didnt ask u and they serve very late.I request the owner of this property to kindly look after customers satisfaction for atleast basic services.Otherwise they will continue harassing customers like is

This is a nice place to stay at salt Lake. Room is good. Food from outside. Food quality is very good. Near to city centre that is a big advantage. Staffs are nice. But card payment isnt possible.

If u are checking the review regarding this..I suggest u that dont book this oyo guest house.There is no availability of such a oyo guest house . Its a residential building .I booked this guest house but no one was here to respond me. Its also difficult to recognize this hotel .

Nice place. Easily accessible and very near to KARUNAMOYEE Bus Stand. Hardly a 5 minutes drive. Staff people were well behaved and friendly. Room was clean and I didnt find any negligence to make a complain about.

It is not an officially recognised Oyo hotel or room , pls goto Oyo app and check. They r fake. We have been charged wrongly and was not given accomodation. We have booked 6 rooms before our exam night . even there is no sign written on the place that it is hotel or room or flat. U even cant recognise after going to that place. there is no board for hotel or Oyo. Pls i request everyone to not book this. believe u soon will realise it .

Spaaaaacious room available that are lite -on-pocket. For its location, courteous staff and amenities., this is another property i often looked forward when i had to stay in Kolkata. They have Tasty food prepared in house.

The stay was really comfortable, but the bathroom condition was not good though it was maintained well. Clean room, good facilities more importantly the services given by the staff was very good, dont expect very tasty food (you can order from swiggy).

This hotel has big rooms ac and many more at very low price.. the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated plus the hotel staff are friendly

Excellent Place in reasonable price. Good Spacious clean room and washroom with a big balcony. Nice location. Near Apollo Gleanagles Hospital.

Very Good Hospitality and Staffs Behavior is Excellent .Rooms are big size and in a Good Location .Only breakfast mannue should be better and have some more option

Maintenance was the worst. Though they had rooms on 1st floor and 2nd floor they provided us a room beside the reception. The whole day and till late night phone use to ring but no one received. I personally use to feel like some one is knocking at the gate always. So bad experience i have never had on my previous staying.

We had confirmed with goibibo that we will get room in first floor, but when we got to the hotel they gave us a room by the reception on ground floor saying they dont have any confirmation, person in the reception is very rude and he does not know how to behave with customers , we had to search for new hotel in the midnight
