Good place for small get-together in South Kolkata.

The following review is after staying 4 nights, with extended family, and a wedding at their associated Sudesh Banquets:Food is great, breakfast fare is good, with mutton preparations for the dinner was superlative.Staff was extremely courteous and supportive, even with requests at the dead of night!Will recommend!

Good experience. Nice and clean.

Banquet hall at 4th floor can accomodate upto 30 people. Food served here is delicious particularly mutton gravy and steamed fish. The only thing i didnt like are the tiny washrooms im the banquet hall.Location is superb and has quite a number of showrooms of sarees, jewellery nearby. Also a good number of salons qre located in close vicinity

I good place at the heart of the city.

They are cruel and also rude about check out time. No grace period of even 20-30 mins is allowed. The guest has yo compulsorily vacate. is allowed.

We stayed there for 2 days. We had difficult time checking in, staff was not courteous and close to rude. Owner(had a cabin near to checking counter) was not interested in listening to the issue. The rooms were ok and neighbourhood was noisy. Breakfast options were limited and not even displayed.

My sons bday party was held in their banquet. Poor service took almost an hour to serve starters. Person in charge did not know how to slice the cake … most of it was in crumbs and also was not kept with the desert. This was done after repeated requests. The buffet room was stuffy as ac was not switched on. Lift was not functioning properly. Inadequate manpower ... any request made (like food parceling/serving starters etc) took a hell lot of time. overall not a good experience.

Worst experience ever. Nothing is in proper conditions even they served spoilet tea sugar milk coffee etc.

Good food and service

We had booked the banquet hall on sunday evening for a family event. The food was exceptionally good and all the guests were head over heels with the quality of the food. The coordinator Mr Narayan was always on his toes to ensure that the food was getting refilled. Saving the best for the last. A big thank you to the manager Mr Sushar Banerjee Such a thorough gentleman who helped hs in selecting the menu at an optimal price. He was kind enough to add some dishes as complimentary and whatever dishes he recommended were very well appreciated by the guests. Also on the day of the party he personally came over to ensure that things were going smoothly. Without his inputs the party would not be a success . I verystrongly recommend this place and for all of you who would get confused with the plethora of options they offer pls take Mr Sushar s recommendations.Very genuine person who would think solely from guests point of view.

Very poor room services. They charge extra for room service but dont worth it. Staff is not even take care of food delivery timings.. You may feel hungry and take many follow ups but staff doesnt care. Would never suggest to anyone.

The management and the owner is trying to make it world class, it must try to look after the inner walls to repair timely.staying experience is excellent and staffs called me and asked if I need anything to eat , it touched me. keep it up and encourage others to provide such facilities in the city.

Went as a guest to a party hosted by a friend. The hall that was booked was spacious with good seating arrangements and proper lighting. The air conditioning also managed to keep the room sufficiently cool even when the hall was filled with people. The food was quite good although nothing spectacular. All the concerns were properly addressed and requests met by the hotel staff. All in all a pleasant experience.

It is a good hotel with a small banquet hall on the fourth floor. The banquet hall can accommodate around fifty people comfortabley. The quality of food they serve is first rate. There is a lift for easy vertical movement across floors. The rooms are equipped with the modern amenities. The service is also good. Most importantly the hotel is located at a prominent place. Parking may be done on the street which is not too busy or crowded.

Its a small place, but well-maintained, clean and properly managed. The staff is professional and courteous. All requests are handled promptly. I really liked their service.

Boutique hotel stashed away in a residential area. A beautiful lake is nearby for morning jogs. Garia haat is walking distance for some shopping.. staff is very friendly and helpful.. small restaurant serves tasty food..must say they serve excellent naan! best wishes for them

Rooms are quite spacious. Location of the hotel makes it convenient and easy to reach through nearby metro, cab drivers familiarity with the location, and other public transport.

I was here for my IELTS exam. I am giving this rating on the basis of hospitality. All the candidates as well as their parents were asked to wait outside the hotel premises even though the waiting area was empty. I hope this can be improved in the near future.

In West Bengal (s) best pure vegetarian hotel, its a wonderful place, good communication, good management and good stuff with reasonable prices and own catering services. Conference rooms, luxury rooms, decorize ceremony hall, good staying, lots of parking & peaceful area.

Terrible customer service. The hotel just wont provide you with extra blankets even if you are shivering, as they are supposedly a budget hotel (even for a Suite room costing more than 5k per night) and dont have sufficient extra blankets. They literally made us beg for couple of extra blankets to be shared between 5 pax.The reception staff was atleast polite about this, but housekeeping staff couldnt even be polite enough while refusing.The cold resulted in couple of family members falling sick. This incident made the overall stay/experience a disappointing one.

Location is good,place is very quite and neat,rooms are clean.Except Restaurant staff none of the staff behaves as professional.WiFi dont work properly,they only provide 500 ML water bottle per day as complimentary, if u need more water it is chargeable.tea kettle is full of dust.

Value for money good food

SUNDAY HAD LUNCH WAS A VARY WELL SERVED BUFFET LUNCH .WITH GOOD SPREAD AND THE MANAGER MR SUSHAR BANERJEE WAS AT HIS TOES FOR ALL KIND OF SERVICES.

I got this booked through goibibo, and was quite satisfied with the whole experience. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Service was prompt and good, and the food was decent. its definitely not a place that stands out and yells Pick me but its more of a subtle and pleasant experience.

Very small room. Hardly enough for single occupancy only. Better dont book with free breakfast, because very limited items are available. Restaurant is good but dont expect much variety.

Excellent food and service. The Steward takes good care of the guest and is adept at the job. Knows when to serve and when to leave the guest to enjoy their meal.

It is near Kalighat, rooms where clean. Pooja at reception was very co-operative and helping in nature. They have to change towels which where old. Wi Fi is chargeable and charges are very high. They had informed us that very soon they will provide free WI Fi . Over all experience was good and breakfast spread was limited but food was tasty.
