Just loved it. The location is very nice in front if APC College. Layout of the flats are very good and well planned. The quality of the model flat is of top notch quality. Expected to use thd same in sll the flats. I will recommend Mr Soumen Gupta for his very helpful nature. Other staffs are also very helpful.

High GST rate (12%) which should be 1% as per gst rules. They cheat the customer with varying hidden cost. HIRA registered with windflower name, now they r windmere!! No library facility like siddha projects, no fountain, no boating facility in lake (lack of many amenities also)
