As usual building structure is dilapidated.ample seating and writing capacity.the peon I interacted with was very nice and sober.regarding staff some were rude and some were nice behaved.lpcation is good it is beside the main road.crowded place as there is always customers in all the counters.link.problem is there as usual like all other govt places.

Location of this Post Office is extremely good as it is situated just beside Main Road. This Post Office provides almost all postal services. But waiting in que is almost a must here. This is because presence of large number of customers and shortage of sufficient and efficient staff.

They just dont want to do their services..may be its because lack of employees in a big Post office.

Is post office located inside the Jadavpur University Campus and speed post facility is available here you need to wait many hours for Speed Post, because the post office always remain busy . Many people of adjacent Riya come here to open postal saving account and speed post.

Not too much crowded. Ive done speed post from here twice. You dont need to wait here for long time in the queue.

This is one of the POs which is run by some dishonest employees as they are taking their salaries doing nothing but gossiping. Their office hours start at (?) and end at(?). This type of poor work culture is not desirable from an organization run by honorable Govt. of India. The condition of Post office building is horrible. It is also true that the entire environment is not suitable for any good work.
