Good service

Nice office. Offers booking of Indian Rail tickets and seat reservation related works. They also conduct tours and different package tour efficiently. Services are more or less good but it should be improved. Staffs are good but they should be more attentive and cordial.

I had booked the Gangtok tour with IRCTC in June 2018 and my experience was pathetic. We did not find the tour managers at hotel and they seems to be very unprofessional in this tourism area. We had sent our grievance to IRCTC during the tour itself but it helped nothing. Definitely in future I never plan any tour with this careless group and do not want to recommend my friend and family members to make any travel plan through IRCTC.

Plan your vacation with irctc? Be ready for a messed up tour memory.Last year I visited vijag araku with irctc tourism. Booked from this office. No card payment facility, only cash or cheque.Tour experience is not so good. First of all their confirmed 3AC ticket means a totally separate coach joined either very first or very last of the train. That was a abandoned coach, uncleared, not maintained.Only the hotel was superb. But...Food is served by the hotel, buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner. Food quality not up to the mark and service is ok ok type. Local lunch served in araku valley at a worst quality hotel. Totally pathetic. And yes dont expect evening snacks.Sightseeing bus was good. But.....You have to play musical chair every time to get your seat. No system at all.Last but not the least, tour managers are friendly but not at all professional. Expect more professionalism from irctc.One more thing, last day our train was in the evening but we have forced to checked out at 9am. After a short sightseeing we get back to hotel before lunch and spent in lobby till evening.So think twice (actually thrice), if you have no other option then plan with them. But be ready for a total mismanagement tour program.

Good and helpful online ticket booking facility. They also need to be strict on their catering services. Their vendors are looting people.

Their online tickting services are very good & helpful...but yesterday I had called them many times to have some information about my booked ticket but no one recive my call...

One and only place from where anyone can get proper advice on tickets for various routes and able to get the same.

Railway office. Tickets can be bought from here. A normal queue is expected as always to buy tickets or to enquire regarding any train details.

Very worst about refund process..I losted 742 in UTS on 1st week of may 2018..I mailed but no reply till now
