Excellent location beside Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro station ,well connected by all means of transportation . The building is Ill maintained only 2 counters are operational around 12pm. Lacks cleanliness. The booking clerks are ok . The counters throng with pimps & booking agents. Lots of scope of improvements .

Here kolkata police personnel are touts in tatkal queue there is 1 st 2 nd 3 rd and 4 th are there u can find names like R singh, a mohit, s roy ,dk roy u will find these name in tatkal name board. If you came midnight at 12 or 1 amfor tatkal and u write ur name on the list at 1 st place... Some where in the 5 am or 6 am one kolkata police agent will come and brings another list and tear your list... Dont come here... Also the staff are rude at behaviour... They are also together with tout...

Not good service. Sometimes theirs requisite form is so bad that its not even worth of writing anything. Some staffs r just there to time pass and have some addas...really very disappointed.
