Very pathetic service.... No one is receiving my call as well as didnt receive my 3rd servicing call as well which is due since one month.... Even in my second service I was made false promises but not being provided enough accessories and they charge very highly for each of their accessories for e.g in case of all round guard for my Suzuki Burgman Street 125 they asked for an exorbitant rate of Rs 3,500/- which I got it fitted from a local service who just charged me Rs 1,600/- for the same which is quite reasonable enough. I personally would recommend to give this showroom a miss and go for other Suzuki showrooms like Animesh Suzuki for instance.....

I had purchased Access 125 scooter on 24th. But my vehicles registration number was not given in 1 month. After lots of heating arguments with dealership I got my number in September, meanwhile I was not able to use my vehicle. The real imposter is the service centre besides the showroom. Very pathetic management, no punctuality. You have to be angry young man to get the proper service of your loved vehicle. Otherwise they will make you waiting in outside area where there is no shade. Better get your service done in local garage. The manager is very unprofessional.

Pathetic Service. Sales manager is a big liar. They are asking money for everything like number plate fitting 150 rupees, smart card 150 rupees. Not giving any accessories. Holding my RC also. Dont recommend this dealer at all. Better go for Vivaan Suzuki showroom.

Service center management is good. But the technicians are amateur. They worked on my motorcycle quite well but while working they have put two deep scratches on the right side tank cowl of my motorcycle. And upon complaining about it, someone from inside the showroom, not from the workshop, came out and started putting allegations upon me that I have myself made those scratches and also misbehaved with me. But the service advisor was good enough. The service advisor somehow tried to solved my problem but none the less failed. Anyway this was my experience at Chandrani Suzuki.

One of the best Suzuki showrooms in Kolkata. The stuffs r very nice and cooperative. It has got its own service center attached to it. The experience of buying a bike was beautiful to say the least.

Worst experience to buy a scooty from this place. Never buy from this unauthorized place and very rude behavior and never receives our call. Worst sales person dev kar and must be fired. Cheaters are waiting for you to fraud your money. When I bought my scooty in total cash payment they charged me extra 740 only for online application for driving license which anyone can apply. I was convinced by the salesperson Dev Kar(biggest fraud). Then told me that I will get everything including no plate and rc book within 20days. After one month I received my no. Plate again after paying 150/- and asking again 95/- more for installation charges. N all the staffs are threatened me to withdraw the complaint I did in Suzuki or else they wont give me my rc_smart card. Totally fraud n till date I didnt get my rc. And their service center is also unauthorized.

Suzuki Authorised dealer with servicing. They will provide you trial ride, finance and gifts and discount, also insurance available.

They dont sell spare parts as retail. You need to install any parts you require from them only. Overall service is good. They also accepts cards payments.

Suzuki Bargman is very good product ( mostly fuel consumption) but battery problem occurred within 6 month. So I request to look the matter and take action and solve the problem.Chandrani Suzuki is very good Co-partner of Suzuki , sales and service team are also cooperative with their customer. Im also happy with them.👍

Nice service center. So far my experience is good. Please call them and try to visit early. They provide good bike servicing. Thoroughly check the bike for issue, they donot make unnecessary changes. Most of the bike accessories are available here. I have added passenger foot rest, seat cover, skid plate and tank pad for my Gixxer form here. Planning to add taped set protection in next servicing.

A perfect example of all that glitters is not gold, sadly they dont even glitter!A good sized showroom and average sized service center, but how they treat customers is terrible!Service center is absolutely pathetic with no proper management. Customers coming for service are made to wait in the sun for hours until they are done with their clumsy service.Theyll keep your vehicle keys but wont begin servicing unless you push for it. They mark incoming requests sequentially but can easily service another vehicle that arrived 30 minutes after you did, so better be careful or youd get your vehicle on the next day!And their manager, better not be called so, behaves as if hes the boss around with customers. He asked me to submit the service payment receipt at once and then ridiculously made me wait for 10 more minutes before delivering me my scooter, while he continued to receive other vehicles for service.Even if you stand in front of him, he would blame you for the delay because you were not present when he looked out for you!How stupid that?I hope Suzuki Motorcycles India takes note of this.

Got my Burgman serviced today. Service Centre’s Manager, Soumendu is worth mentioning in this review for his efficiency, cooperation and above all his gentle and kind behaviour. He is an asset for the service centre and we must not loose him. Five Stars for Soumendu and Four Stars for the Centre. Keep up the good work Soumendu my friend.

A very good Showroom and Service for Suzuki bikes and scooters. I specifically want to thank Mr. Debjit there. He is really an asset of the organization. Who is having the proper knowledge and suggest the best for the customer. All other associates are very well behaved and helpful. If you planning for buying any Suzuki two wheelers must visit there.

I had taken a scooty (suzuki Access 125) from there around 2 yrs back. But my experience is not good at all and I had faced lot of problems during delivery and registration.

Pathetic customer service. Aftersale service is lacking or put in other words aftersale service doesnt exist here. Be careful once u buy your bike here as once the bike is sold u r pretty much on ur own.

They are provide the good quality of services and service mans are very good , polite and hard workers also.

Its a nice Centre for buying Suzuki bikes. they have all the EMI options they have the down payment options and during festive time they give offers like 3000 rupees off or so. but if you want to add some custom paint to your bikes then dont give it over here

Very bad experience with this dealer, they are not responding my phone calls, I purchased burgman street bs6 2month ego as per negotiation price ,but still I didnt get complete accessories according to their commitment. Also I did not get the number plate where as already i got the number 20 days ago from RTO through SMS.

But the sells person want to sell me a 250 cc bike suzuki gixer 250 or gixxer sf 160 moto gp editions .. those type of bike i dont want to buy.. and the price is 10k more than bashir hat.. they dont understand customer needs but want to sell there product on higher price than other showroom

Behavior of the workshop executive (team and the manager) is not nice. They always keep mocking while you stand near the vehicle while servicing is done. Other than the behavior of the employees everything is good.

Worse experience. To make a bill of clutch cable, break pad and oil check they took 1½ hour.

Please Change the location on Google Maps. Its really a fuss to find.

Very unprofessional, called for bike delivery in the morning but got the delivery at 7pm, they lost the bike keys and had to replace it.got wrong name printed in the tax receipt & smart card. No one even bothered to call to collect the smart card. On several request to get the name corrected they started ignoring me. Had to call the customer care and i am still struggling with their fake statements, its been 7months. Service center is busy in imposing unnecessary fault in a brand new bike and charge money to get their spare parts sold. Keep it up!!! Chandrani Suzuki 😅😅😅. . June 25th2020, still without my smart card, thankfully this is my last free servicing, such a bad behaviour, they make people stand in the sun for 3hrs, then starts the bike servicing and a complete deny on trying to see what work is being done, simply chasing away the customer who came for servicing.. Poor Staff Service.Had to chase up for my paper works. Even after charging broker charges while buying the bike you have to face lot of harassment. They have misplaced my smart card of the bike. Now they are just delaying. All the staffs are pathetic.
