Location shightly away from main town but non-crowded.good place for living

The society has good facilities like swimming pool, gym, indoor games, park, badminton court, power backup, etc. The security is good as well. But there are few problems like the facility team doesnt run the generator properly when the power goes off. They wait for a long time before they can start it. Grofers doesnt deliver here. The maintenance is not done properly due to less number of residents.

SGIl Gardenia is the nice project and the pioneer guys are giving good services , so t think or I suggest you want to buy a project , so only for pioneer .

Please beware and dont buy any Flats in SGIL GARDENIA.Hand over date in agreement was Dec-2015 including grace period. Now its end of 2016 still they have 12 months work pending which they have not yet started. They have changed their handover date to 2016 (from 2015).

Full Cheater. The hand over dates was June 15 but as of now still one year works are pending. They start some work at the time of demand of installment and then ignore the project thereafter.80/90% payment made to the developer but work is around 60%.Please dont book flat in this project.Further, the marketing company of the project M/s Pioneer Property Management Ltd is also a defunct company. They are just for taking their commission from developer.Please Dont be impressed by the sales persons of Pioneer. Pioneer is also a cheater. I will suggest please dont book any flat in any project where Pioneer is the marketing agent. They just make fool to the customers.BE AWARE OF SGIL AND PIONEER.

The project developers are not interested in completing the project, its quite clear now. Only Pioneer can be approached to get the status of the project, developers are too arrogant to keep any commitment. More the delay better it is for them as they have extracted 80% of the payment and nobody would like to cancel and lose even more. It was a big mistake to be part of this project. We are suffering for the last 4 years or more.

Had gone to see the flats. Shoddy work all across.Poor finish. Poor facilities. Very poor supervision. Flats are LIG quality. Very few residents have moved in. No free space at all. Heard that the project is now under Consumer court. Is this true ?

SGIL GARDENIA is G+7 residential complex in Rajpur area just beside rajpur petrol pump and opposite ro Rajppur maternity clinic with full greenery.Facilities like gymnasium,community hall,games room available here.Well connected through train(from Sonarpur),bus,auto.

I think its extreme delay. Lots of false commitment made by the marketing team. Now they committed a final deadline of 2016 end. Ltes see till 16 end.

The project is extremely delayed. Was suppose to completed by June 2015 but developer not keeping time. Now the project is progressing very slow pace.

The falculties are too uncooperative. No work can be done by them. They always turn deaf ears to us. I am one of the residents of gardenia, is really very much unsatisfied.Ive sent some of the worst work done in our rooms.

I would have rated it in negative provided there was an option...a bunch of most incimpetent peiple are at the helm of affairs...both pioneer the marketing agecy and sgil the developer has taken buyers for a ride they have repeatedly breached their commitments and has failed miserably to deliver on their promise...we have got stuck my advice to new buyers please be ver very careful before you invest your money because both my khaitan and my sanjai singh are not people whom one can trust with their hard earned money

Promoters coupled with Pioneer is playing with sentiments and money of flat owners. Delivery dates postponed number of times from June 2015. These are worthless people with zero commitment value. Last commitment was to deliver on Dec 16 and failed.

SGIL is a Company not to be trusted. They started their project SGIL GARDENIA in 2012 with proposed delivery on 2014. Then they shifted the proposed delivery on 2015 and now they have again shifted it to 2016. The work is stopped for about 2 yrs. No progress since 2014. They have taken 80% payment from the customers and now not delivering the project. Many has lodged a case in consumer court (including me). Swarup Dutta, Sanjay Singh of SGIL and Joy Dutta of Pioneer are misleading us from last 2 years. PLEASE DO NOT FALL IN THE TRAP OF SGIL PROPERTIES AND PIONEERS MARKETTERS. Keep distance from them.

The project is totally in disararry. Firstly failure of the schedule date. They have extracted the 80% of the price, and now not interested any more with rhe project. Since 2015 june lift part is under construction. No remarkable progress. Within the site diffrent people have been given contract for different jobs, i mean no fixed set of people, very poor construction, no rod binding of the part lintel. Four six mm rod runs without having any link with each other. When asked for mariginal modification, refused on the plea that they want to deliver in time, and ocupants have to do the same after take over. I am hopeless.

Very pathetic attitude by SGIL & PIONEER PROPERTY....we relied upon PIONEER rather than SGIL at the time of booking...every buyer should think twice before buying any PIONEER MARKETED PROPERTY....Now its both PIONEER & SGILs turn to regain the bad reputation u hv earned ...or else risk your future....
