Passport service - Staffs are very reluctant and does not value time. Nobody followed the appointment timing, I had to wait for more than an hour since the officer was late to join duty.

The given timings are from 9:00 am in the morning. However, the complacent lady in charge of speed post arrives at 10:15 am and very nonchalantly carries on her routine. Also, while my charges were ₹59, she doesnt bother to return the ₹1 back. And, upon insisting she makes the person wait for some 5 minutes before giving the ₹1 back. Very unbecoming of a central govt employee.

The post office houses the POPSK Jadavpur on the first floor, use the main entrance and follow the board for the exact location. The waiting room was small and the wait time was high (had a delay of 1:30 hours). But the lady working is extremely efficient.My verification procedure took 15 minutes. It was a seamless process. I would encourage everyone who lives nearby in South Kolkata to visit here, if you wish to avoid the rush at Aakash Tower and dont need your passport on an immediate basis.

The place is conveniently located in between Ranikuthi Telephone Exchange Bus Stop and Malancha Bus Stop, Exactly Opposite to Citi Life Shopping Mall.The staffs are cooperative, however the services provided are time consuming. This is normally due to link failure and humongous crowd reaching out for daily services at this post office. It might take you upto 1 - 2 hours to get desired services due to the queue and link failure.

Extremely poor Service. These staffs do not have the attitude to work giving lame excuses. Govt should Privatise Post Offices at the earliest. Very disgusting approach

Recently I have visited in this passport office. My documents gets verified. Everything gone very well. They have very good management system.

This is Regent Park post office which is the nearest post office in this area. All come here to post letters and it also acts as landmark. With many modern facilities, mentioned in photos attached.

Yesterday I visited to POPSK in JADAVPUR, it is very quick and good work. The services here are very good.

I have visited this Regional Passport Office and i must say the work happens very efficiently. I got an appointment on 19th of Nov and today, 18th of Dec i have received my passport in hand. I am super happy and content with the experience, Thank You Maam (the Passport Officer who is in charge now, at Jadavpur P.O.)

Have visited here (Jadhavpur POPSK) very recently for my passport related documents verification. Everything has gone well. The lady in charge was very helpful and friendly.

All the counters do not have employee so the rush is more on the rest of the counters. speed post is done here and rest of the post office jobs.

The madam in the Passport office is very supportive and very helpful. Helped me a lot in the Passport application and handled all my queries.

When you dont even answer call why is the contact number provided for?? SHOW OFF??

The Passport service is really good. The lady attending you will deal very nicely and patiently with the visitors and also she will solve all the queries one have. She helped me alot in guided me through all processes and the further things to happen.I would really recommend you to prefer this Passport verification office, as you will get the best service, as per my experience.

I have never experienced such great service and behavior in any of the government officials apart from the lady doing her job in this office. She is extremely helpful and very polite. She should be awarded for doing the work all alone and maintaining the office better than any other government office... She is really a great personality. Keep up the good work.

We can get all type of postal services. Service and staffs are helpful. There is also a passport verification center on its 1st floor. The lady is very efficient and helpful to her job.it situated on main road, easily visible from vehicle. But no wheelchair accessible entrance or parking lot is here. No free parking space nearby.

No one can pick the phone call on provided number when its very important for me.

The officer of the psk department is too good i have to say never have i ever experienced such a humble and nice govt employee truly the best place to get your application processed cant thank the lady enough

In one word the best and the fastest govt. Department Ive ever seen. Im talking about the Passport Seva Kendra or say PSK. The designated official maam is so humble, hardworking and really a good human being. Shell help you in every possible steps. Just bring all of your necessary documents and be gentle, youre good to go.

Each and every staff there is ash***le. Rude behavior. Super slow at their work. They are just bunch of shameless, mindless creatures just sitting and doing nothing. Shame on the entire post office. I advise the citizens never go to such government places. They are just like every other government employee who just sits and eats their salary. Its better to go private courier services. Especially the man on the speed post counter no. 1 had no manners and decency to talk. He argued and misbehaved and showed very unprofessional behavior. Pathetic Experience.

5* for the Passport PSK. This office is run by a single officer and hence service is slow. But the officer genuinely helps all people.

Very poor and bad service.Tiffin hours observed from 1400hrs to 1450 hrs. Incumbents dealing saving banks are too slow and rude,never cooperative.

Went to Regent Park Post office. They said that Aadhaar Card Service is done only on First Friday of the month.

Slow service and pathetic. Always short of manpower or machines not working. One has to come again and again most times to print passbooks. Be carefull from moaquito bites too!!. Staff attitude is very bad and rude.

The post office complex also houses Passport Seva Kendra (Jadavpur).
