Cost place to have a coffee and to have a meeting, both personal and professional. The sitting is quite comfortable and one can have a free chat without any hindrances. A lot out on the eatables the menu is quite limited and a bit on the expensive side. The particular branch of CCD is at the prominent place at Ashirwad Chowk.

I spilled coffee by mistake, though I am not clumsy, it was for the first time it happened. The staff was kind enough to offer me another one without any charge. True HOSPITALITY

The stair case is badly lit and dark, had to inform the staff to switch on the light. I was visitng the cafe on a Sunday afternoon along with my mother.The staff was polite and courteous. The cafe was neat and tidy. I tried Iced Caffe Latte and a Cappuccino. Both were prepared with perfection. I liked the taste.However, I cannot say the same for the food and would not recommend ordering the food until and unless the staff reassured that the food is fresh. I had veggie burger from the menu, and it was stale. The bun was crumbling and breaking apart (photos enclosed). I have tried Veggie Burger and other options in the food menu multiple times at various CCD cafes and have never been disappointed like this time.Other amenities like restroom remained unavailable during my visit, although it existed as per the staff.Overall, food quality being served needs to improved greatly at this particular joint. Looking aside that particular part, the cafe was decent.

Good place to grab quick coffee but only issue is if you are driving your vehicle, your 20 min would be just wasted to find a parking😂

Nice place calm and silence environment .

I find the place quite decent... It has variety of coffee, with a little snacks available. The staff is quite good and is always ready and available for assistance. For students who want to spend some good time with peace, its a great place. You can have business meeting and meets with friends and families too at this place. Spacious and clean place. Ample space for parking is another reason why its a place people should consider to make use of time sitting on computer while sipping a coffee.

Impolite staff. The server passed a sexist comment as if he was doing me a favor. I was embarrassed!

CCD is losing its charm and attraction with every passing day. May be true for this particular outlet but its true. The counter boys and girls have a very casual and slack attitude. All sorts of compromises are done. We are given a spoon which came our directly from the bin without being cleaned. We had asked for plain drinking water but are refused giving excuse that they dont have supply. But the very next moment water was served to a CCD staff walking in from some other outlet. This is not at all pro thing and when its june with temperature soaring to 48 ℃, its a courtesy to offer free water then insisting to push bottled water.

CCD has degraded its taste now. the all time favourite frappe of mine- Devils own was not upto the expectations. the pizza was even smaller than the regular size. service was still better.

Amazing coffee

You can’t easily spot the CCD. This CCD outlet is above Dominos, so you have to take a staicase on its right. The outlet is spacious.Taste is as usual good and same as compared to other CCD but one thing is that these guys here don’t accept MealCoupons which i think they should start doing as i have used it on other outlets also.

Cafe Coffee Day at sector 5 Dwarka is a good place to have coffee/tea and quick bites. Staff is very cooperative here. Lots of place to sit and have a good time. Good place to meet and discuss work with a sip of coffee.

Difficult to locate this cafe. They dont have a restroom dedicated for ccd. One has to use common toilet provided by the complex which houses this cafe.

CCD sector 12 Dwarka. Not recommended, poor hygine, toilets are in bad conditions, staff is rude and unprofessional. Staff asks you to leave immediately as soon as you finish coffe and sometime even before you finish your coffee. I have been a ragular customer and this kind of behaviour was really not accepted. People go to a cafe to have a cup of coffee and spend some quality time but CCD wants us to leave immediately. I can suggest an Idea, CCD should start only home delivery if they cant respect guests. Anyways, seems here we end our journey with CCD. Thank you for your services.

Its not a place to chill out. Its a place of business where half of the people are selling ponzi scheme in the name of bitcoin. BEWARE FROM THEM as those losers are always in a hurry to dupe innocent people. One of them named Prakash Thariyal had duped me and looted my money in the name of a ponzi scheme. I dont know how the owner can give its place to run such business in a reputed chain of cafes.

Nice place to eat and drink. But those bitcoin scammers are always present and occupies half of the seats. They will hypnotize you to invest money in bitcoins and then they will vanish. The leader of the location, Prakash Thariyal or Thakral is under warrant. Dozens of people had moved to abroad after scamming innocent people. This makes the cafe more vulnerable.
